冬菇蒸雞 - CHICKEN STEAM MUSHROOM
 
材料:
 
1隻雞 6隻水浸冬菇
適量薑 適量蔥
適量糖 適量生抽
適量胡椒粉 適量燒酒
適量麻油 適量生粉
適量鹽  


做法:
 
1. 雞洗干淨切成一寸方塊,放入大碗內,放各種配料,醃20分鐘
2. 冬茹切片,生蔥切段,與薑片同放入在雞上面,大火蒸20分鐘


Ingredient:
 
1 of whole chicken soak mushroom pak kwok 6
ginger onion leaves
sugar light soy sauce
pepper powder wine
sesame oil flour
salt  


Cooking Method:
 
1. wash clean the chicken,put it in the bowl,soak for 20 minutes,
2. slice the mushroom,cut the onion leaves,the sliced ginger put on top,
3. boil the water in the wok,after boiled put the chicken inside,steam for 20 mnts


Bahan:
 
ayam utuh 1 ekor rendam jamur kering 6 biji pak kwok
jahe daun bawang
gula si yau
merica bubuk arak
minyak wijen tepung kanji
garam (secukupnya)


Cara Memasak:
 
1. cuci bersih ayam potong,taruh di mangkok besar,masukkan bumbu ke dalam,
2. diamkan selama 20 menit,
3. potong jamur tipis2,iris memanjang daun bawang,tabur jahe di atas ayam,
4. rebus air di dalam wajan,setelah mendidih masukkan ayam ke dalam,
5. stim selama 20 menit.
