豉汁蒸排骨 - PORK SPHARE RIBS STEAM BLACK BEAN
 
材料:
 
15元 排骨 一湯匙豆豉
2粒 蒜頭 少許 胡椒粉
2片薑 少許 糖
少許生粉 少許生抽
少許油  


做法:
 
1. 將豆豉用力斬碎,排骨切成長約一寸小塊,全部放入 大碗內,
2. 鹽、糖、生粉、生抽、蒜茸、胡椒粉、姜汁、燒酒、麻油、醃
3. 約30分鐘,水滾後放落下蒸15分鐘。(如果要吃辣,可以加一 條
4. 紅辣斬碎。)


Ingredient:
 
pork sphare ribs 15 grams Fermented soybean 1 spoon
Garlic 2 grains Ground pepper Little
Ginger 2 pieces Wine 4 drops
salt Little sugar Little
flour Little light soy sauce
Oil Little  


Cooking Method:
 
1. chop black bean,put the pork sphare ribs in a big bowl,marinade it,
2. soak for 30 minutes.
3. Boil the water in the wok,after boil put the pork sphare ribs inside,
4. steam for 15-20 minutes.( if need spicy,add cuted chili put on top ).


Bahan:
 
bai kwat 15 gram tau si 1 sendok
bawang putih 2 butir merica bubuk sedikit
jahe 2 butir arak 4 tetes
wijen secukupnya minyak sedikit
garam secukupnya gula sedikit
tepung kanji sedikit
si yau sedikit  


Cara Memasak:
 
1. hancurkan tau si,bai kwat di letakkan di mangkok besar,masukkan bumbu.
2. diamkan bai kwat selama 30 menit.Rebus air di wajan,setelah mendidih
3. masukkan bai kwat ke dalam,stim selama 15-20 menit.(kalau ingin pedas,
4. tambahkan irisan cabe tabur di atasnya stim )
