蘋果鬆餅 - Apple Muffin
 
材料:
 
80克全麥麵粉 80克低筋麵粉
1茶匙泡打粉 1/8茶匙梳打粉
1/8茶匙鹽 1/2個雞蛋
80毫升鮮奶 60毫升植物油
70克黃糖 120克磨絲青蘋果
20克提子乾  


做法:
 
1. 焗爐預熱至180c約10分鍾
2. 將麵粉及抱打粉、梳打粉、鹽篩勻備用
3. 雞蛋打散、加入黃糖、植物油、鮮奶、青蘋果絲拌勻
4. 將雞蛋加入麵粉、用橡皮刮刀拌至粉粒消失、再加入提子乾
5. 把麵粉分盛鬆餅焗盤中、焗約20分鍾至金黃色及孰透. 待涼.


Ingredient:
 
80 g whole wheat flour 80 g plain flour
1 tsp baking powder 1/8 tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp salt 1/2 egg
80 ml milk 60 g vegetable oil
70 g brown sugar 120 g grated Green Apple
20 g Raisin  


Cooking Method:
 
1. Preheat oven to 180c for about 10 minutes
2. Sieve flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Set Aside
3. Beat egg, mix with milk, vegetable oil, brown sugar and grated green apple
4. Mix Egg mixture to Flour with spatula gently. Stir in raisins
5. Divide batter among muffin tin. Bake for about 20 minutes till golden brown and done. Cool and serve.


Mga Sangkap:
 
80 gramo whole wheat arina 80 gramo plain arina
1 kutsaritang baking powder 1/8 kutsaritang baking soda
1/8 kutsaritang asin 1/2 itlog
80ml gatas 60ml vegetable oil
70 gramo dilaw na asukal 120 gramo dinurog na berdeng mansanas
20 gramo pasas  


Paraan ng pagluluto:
 
1. Painitin ang hurno ng 180c ng 10 minuto
2. Salain ang arina, baking powder, baking soda at asin. Itabi
3. Batiin maigi ang itlog at ihalo ang gatas, vegetable oil, asukal, at dinurong na berdeng mansanas
4. Ihalo ang itlog at arina ng maigi. Idagdag ang pasas.
5. Haitiin ang hinalo sa muffin tin. Painitin sa hurno ng 20 minuto hanggang pumui at luto. Palamigin muna bagong Ihain.


Bahan:
 
80 gr whole wheat flour 80 gr terigu
1 sdt baking powder 1/8 sdt baking Soda
1/8 sdt garam 1/2 telur ayam
80 ml susu 60 ml minyak sayur
70 gr gula merah 120 gr apel hijau, parut
20 gr raisin  


Cara Memasak:
 
1. Panaskan oven pada suhu 180c selama 10 menit
2. Ayak tepung, baking powder, baking soda dan garam. Sisihkan
3. Kocok telur ayam, sebentar, Campur dengan susu, minyak sayur, gula merah dan apel hijau parut.
4. Campur telur kedalam telur ayam dengan sudip keras-keras. Masukkan raisin
5. Bagi adonan menjadi muffin tipis. Panggang selama 20 menit hingga coklat keemasan dan matang. Dinginkan sesaat dalam rak dan sajikan.
