蟹皇焗天使幼麵 - Baked Angel Hair Crab Meat
 
材料:
 
50克 蘑菇粒 60 蟹肉
200克 天使幼麵 50毫升 雞湯
10毫升 欖油 10 克 蒜茸
30毫升 白酒 20克 洋蔥粒
80毫升 忌廉 30克 芥末
5克 辣椒絲 少許鹽
少許胡椒粉  


做法:
 
1. 將蘑菇粒、洋蔥粒、蟹肉、芥末及忌廉煮勻,備用
2. 將天使幼麵放在沸水中煮5分鐘,撈起,瀝乾
3. 燒熱鑊加入欖油爆香蒜茸、辣椒絲及白酒煮半分鐘
4. 加入雞湯,天使幼麵再煮半分鐘,加入調味料(3)拌煮勻
5. 將天使幼麵放於碟中,後把蟹肉蘑菇忌廉汁放在面上,放進焗爐以180度焗至金黃色即可


Ingredient:
 
50 g diced button mushroom 60 g crab meat
200 g angel hair 50 ml chicken broth
10 ml olive oil 10 g garlic
30 g ml white wine 20 g diced onion
80 ml cream 30 g Dijon mustard
5 g julienne chili Some Salt
Some Pepper  


Cooking Method:
 
1. Cook button mushroom, onion, crab meat, Dijon mustard and cream together then set aside.
2. Boiled the angel hair for 5 minutes, remove and drain.
3. Heat the pan, than put olive oil, garlic, chili and white wine to fry half minutes.
4. Put the chicken broth, angel hair to fry half minutes, then add in (3) ingredients.
5. Put the angel hair into the plate and topped with the sauce. Then put into the oven 180oc for 8 minutes until golden brown.


Mga Sangkap:
 
50 gramo kabuteng butones 60 gramo laman ng alimasag
200 gramo Angel Hair 50 ml sabaw ng manok
10 ml OIive Oil 10 gramo bawang
30 ml puting alak 20 gramo tinadtad na sibuyas
80 ml krema 30 framo mustasang Dijon
5 gramo siling Kaunting Asin
Kaunting Paminta  


Paraan ng pagluluto:
 
1. Lutuin ang kabuteng butones, sibuyas, laman ng alimasag, mustasang Dijon, at krema. Itabi.
2. Pakuluan ang angel hair ng 5 minuto, patiktikin at itabi.
3. Igisa ang bawang, sili at puting alak sa olive oil ng kalahating minuto.
4. Ilagay ang sabaw ng manok, angel hair at iprito ng kala-hating minuto, tapos timplahan ng (3) na sangkap
5. Ilagay ang angel hair sa plato at paibabawan ng sarsa. Tapos, ilagay sa hurmo ng 180oc ng 8 minutos hanggang mag-ing ginintuang kayumanggi.


Bahan:
 
50 gr jamur kancing 60 gr daning kepiting
200 gr angel hair 50 ml kaldu ayam
10 ml minyak zaitun 30 ml arak putih
20 gr bawang bombai, potong kotak 80 ml cream
30 gr Dijon mustard 5 gr cabe, iris panjang
Lada, secukupnya Garam, secukupnya


Cara Memasak:

2. Rebus angel hair selama 5 menit.
3. Panaskan wajan, masukkan minyak zaitun, bawang putij, cabe dan arak putih untuk digoreng selama 30 detik.
4. Masukkan kaldu ayam, angel hair untuk digoreng selama 30 detik, kemudian bumbui.
5. Masukkan angel hair kedalam piring dan tuang saus diatasnya. Kemudian masukkan kedalam oven dan panggang dengan suhu 180oc dan panggang sela-ma 8menit hingga kuning kecoklatan.
