芝士龍蝦通粉 - Baked Lobster Macaroni
 
材料:
 
1/2隻龍蝦 120克 長通粉
20克 鮮冬菇 20克 洋蔥粒
20克 蕃茄粒 少許 蠶豆仁
10克 意大利軟芝士 750克 忌廉
10克 車打芝士碎 10克 巴麻臣芝士碎
150毫升 鮮忌廉  


做法:
 
1. 將長通粉用水烚熟,撈起,過冷河,備用
2. 將龍蝦烚熟,起肉,龍蝦汁加忌廉拌勻
3. 燒熱適量橄欖油炒香洋蔥粒、鮮冬菇片、蕃茄粒、龍蝦肉、蠶豆仁、加入長通粉、龍蝦忌廉汁、鹽及軟芝士煮1分鐘,盛入深碟中,撒上車打芝士碎及巴麻臣芝士碎放入已燒熱焗爐以220度焗至表面金黃色即成


Ingredient:
 
450 g lobster 120 g Macaroni
20 g shitake mushroom 20 g chopped onion
20 g chopped tomato some fava beans
10 g mascarpone cheese 750 ml lobster cream sauce
10 g cheddar cheese 10 g grated Parmesan cheese
150 ml cream  


Cooking Method:
 
1. Poach the macaroni. Drain and cool down in cold water
2. Poach the lobster and remove the meat. Keep the lobster sauce and mix with cream .
3. Sautee the onion, mushroom, tomato, lobster, fava bean with olive oil, then, add in macaroni and sauce, some salt and mascarpone cheese and cook for 1 minute. Place onto the dish. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese and bake at 220 degrees until golden brown.


Mga Sangkap:
 
450 gramo ulang 120 gramo makaroni
20 gramo kabuteng shiitake 20 gramo tinadtad na sibuyas
20 gramo tinadtad na kamatis kaunting fava beans
10 gramo kesong mascarpone 750 ml ulang na kremang sarsa
10 gramo kesong cheddar 10 gramo kinayod na kesong parmeasan
150 ml krema  


Paraan ng pagluluto:
 
1. Pakuluan ang makaroni. Patuluin at palamigin sa malamig na tubig.
2. Pakuluan ang ulang at alisin ang laman. Itabi ang sarsang ulang para ihalo sa krema.
3. Igisa ang sibuyas, kabute, kamatis, ulang. Fava bean ng sa olive oil. Tapos, idagdag ang makaroni at kremang sarsang ulang, panimpla at kesong mascarpone at iluto ng isang minuto. Ilagay sa plato. Budburanng kesong cheddar at kesong parmesan at ihurno sa 220 digri hanggang maging ginintuang kayumanggi.


Bahan:
 
450 gr lobster 120 gr sehenis makroni
20 gr jamur shiitake 20 gr bawang bombai cincang
20 gr tomat cincang Sedikit fava bean
10 gr keju mascarpone 750 ml cream
10 gr keju cheddar 10 gr keju parmesan parut


Cara Memasak:
 
1. Rebus sehenis makroni. Tiriskan dan dinginkan dengan air dingin.
2. Rebus lobster dan angkat dagingnya. Sisihkan saus lobter untuk dicampur dengan cream.
3. Tumis bawang bombai, jamur, tomat lobster, fava bean dangan miynak zaitun. Kemudian masukkan pasta dan saus cream lobster, secukupnya garam dan kejju mascarpone dan masak sela-ma 1 menit. Letakkan diatas piring. Taburi dengan keju cheddar dan keju parmesan dan panggang dengan 220oc hingga coklat keemasan.
