豆腐南瓜湯 - Beancurd Pumpkin Soup
 
材料:
 
2 隻 白菌 1/4 件 豆腐
1/4 個 南瓜  


調味料:
 
少許 鹽  


做法:
 
1. 將南瓜去皮挖籽,切成粒,用水煮熟
2. 將一半南瓜粒加入適量清水,放入攪拌機打成茸,另一半南瓜粒留用
3. 將豆腐抹乾水份,切成粒,白菌切成粒
4. 煮滾南瓜茸湯,放入豆腐粒,南瓜粒,白菌粒至再度滾起,用少許鹽調味,即可供食


Ingredient:
 
2 pcs White button mushrooms 1/4 pc Bean curd
1/4 pc pumpkin  


Seasoning:
 
Some salt  


Cooking Method:
 
1. Skin, remove seed and cut pumpkin into cubes. Boil till done. Blend half portion of pumpkin with some water in a mixer.
2. Wipe dry bean curd. Cut it & mushrooms into cubes
3. Bring mashed pumpkin to a boil, add in mushrooms, bean curd and pumpkin. When boiled, season with some salt. Serve hot.


Mga Sangkap:
 
2 pirasong Puti na Butones Kabute 1/4 pirasong Tahu
1/4 pirasong Kalabasa  


Panimpla:
 
Kaunting Asin  


Paraan ng pagluluto:
 
1. Balatan, alisin ang mga buto at ihiwa ang kalabasa. Pakuluin sandali hanggang malambot. Ilagay ang kalahati na kalabasa at kaunting tubig sa blender.
2. Punasan ang tahu at ihiwa, ihiwa ng maliliit na piraso ang kabute
3. Pakuluin ang na-blend na kalabasa,ihalo ang kabute tahu at kalahati na kalabasa. Pakuluin muli, timplahan ng kaunting asin. Ihain.


Bahan:
 
2 buah Putih Jamur Kancing 1/4 buah taho
1/2 buah Labu  


Bumbu-Bumbu:
 
Sedikit Garam  


Cara Memasak:
 
1. Labu kupas, menyingkirkan labu bibit dan potong potong kotak. Memucat hingga lembut, menaruh setengah labu dan sedikit air ke dalam blender dan mencampurkan
2. Menghapus kering taho, Taho dan Jamur potong potong kotak
3. Panaskan campuran labu hingga mendidih, campur jamur, taho dan labu. Masakkan hingga mendidih, campur sedikit garam. Disajikan
