牛油蛋糕 - Butter Cake
 
材料:
 
120克 低筋麵粉 1/2 茶匙 泡打粉
1/8 茶匙 鹽 120克 無鹽牛油
90克 幼砂糖 2隻 雞蛋


做法:
 
1. 焗爐預熱至180度約10分鐘。牛油蛋糕焗盤掃油備用
2. 將麵粉、泡打粉、鹽篩備用
3. 軟牛油跟幼砂糖拌至忌廉狀,慢慢加入蛋汁拌勻
4. 再加入 (2) 的粉料拌勻
5. 麵糊倒入焗盤中,焗約40分鐘,取出待涼片刻後即可享用


Ingredient:
 
120 g plain flour 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt 120 g unsalted butter
90 g caster sugar 2 pcs egg


Cooking Method:
 
1. Preheat the oven to 180oc for about 10 mins. Grease a butter cake baking tins.
2. Sieve well flour, baking powder and salt.
3. Beat the butter and caster sugar until fluffy. Add the eggs gradually.
4. Stir (2) ingredients gently with spatula.
5. Pour the batter into the baking tin. Bake for about 40 mins. Let cool for a while. Slice and serve.


Mga Sangkap:
 
120 gramo arina 1/2 kutsaritang baking powder
1/8 kutsaritang asin 120 gramo walang asin na mantikilya
90 gramo asukal na caster 2 piraso itlog


Paraan ng pagluluto:
 
1. lnitin ang humo sa 180oc ng halos 10 minutos. Pahiran ng mantika ang latang panghurno.
2. Sakain mabuti ang arina, baking powder at asin.
3. Batihin ang mantikilya at asukal na caster hanggang maging malambot na maliroy-liroy. Idagdag ang itlog unti-unti.
4. Ihalo sangkap (2) ng dahan dahan ng spatula.
5. Ibuhos ang bater sa latang panghumo. Ihumo ng halos 40 minutos. Hayaan lumamig ng ilang saglit. Hiwain at ihain.


Bahan:
 
120 gr plain flor 1/2 sdt baking powder
1/8 sdt garam 120 gr mentega tabpa garam
90 gr caster sugar 2 butir telur


Cara Memasak:
 
1. Panaskan oven dengan suhu 180oc selama 10 menit. Olesi kaleng cetakkan kue dengan mentega.
2. Ayak teping, baking poeder dan garam.
3. Kocok mentega, caster sugat hingga kaku. Masukkan telut secara bertahap.
4. Masukkan bahan (2) aduk dengan spatula.
5. Tuang adonan kedalam cetakan. Panggang selama 40 menit. Dinginkan sesaat. Iris tipis dan sajikan.
