香檳牛肉 - Champagne cooked Beef Dices
 
材料:
 
1塊肉眼扒 1茶匙蒜茸
1湯匙洋蔥粒 1/4杯蘑菇片
半杯香檳 2茶匙芥辣
2湯匙牛油 2湯匙麵粉
3湯匙淡奶 3/4杯水


調味料:
 
少許鹽 少許黑椒碎


做法:
 
1. 將肉眼扒切粒,用少許黑椒粉拌勻
2. 燒熱牛油,加入麵粉炒勻,遂少加水推勻成糊狀,再加入淡奶煮勻成白汁。
3. 用少許油炒香蒜茸、洋蔥碎,後加入肉粒略炒至五成熟,再加入香檳酒煮滾。
4. 加入白汁、芥辣、蘑菇和調味料煮勻,熄火。


Ingredient:
 
1 pc of Ribs Eye 1 tsp of Minced Garlic
1 tbsp of Diced Onions cups of mushroom slices
cups of Champagne 2 tsp of Mustard
2 tbsp of butter 2 tbsp of flour
3 tbsp of evaporated milk cups of water


Seasoning:
 
Some Salt Some Pepper


Cooking Method:
 
1. Slice the ribs eye into dices, sprinkle with some black pepper.
2. Heat butter, add in flour, water and cooked until it turns sticky, finally add in milk to make a creamy mixture.
3. Saute garlic and onions in some oil, add in beef dices and cook until half done, add in champagne to cook for a while.
4. Finally add in creamy sauce, mustard, mushroom and seasonings, stir well and Serve Hot.

1 pirasong Ribs Eye (karneng Baka) 1 kutsaritang tinadtad na bawang
1 kutsarang tinadtad na sibuyas tasang hiniwa na kabute
tasang Champagne 2 kutsaritang mustasa
2 kutsarang mantikilya 2 kutsarang gawgaw
3 kutsarang singaw na gatas tasang tubig


Panimpla:
 
Kaunting Asin Kaunting Paminta


Paraan ng pagluluto:
 
1. Ihiwa ang karneng baka ng maliliit na piraso at budburan ng kaunting paminta
2. Initin ang mantikilya at ihalo ang gewgaw at tubig, iluto hanggang malapot, ihalo ang gatas at iluto hanggang mag-krema
3. Igisa ang bawang at sibuyas sa kaunting mantika, ihalo ang karneng baka, ihalo at iluto hanggang luto, ihalo ang Champagne at iluto sandali.
4. Sa huli, ihalo ang kremang sarsa, mustasa, kabute at panimpla, ihalo maigi at ihain.


Bahan:
 
1 buah Ribs Eye (Daging Sapi) 1 sdt bawang putih cincang
1 sdm bawang bombai cincang cangkir iris tipis jamur
cangkir Champagne (Sampanye) 2 sdt mostar
2 sdm mentega 2 sdm tepung
3 sdm susu cangkir air


Bumbu-Bumbu:
 
Garam secukupnya Lada secukupnya


Cara Memasak:
 
1. Daging Sapi potong kotak dan menaruh sedikit lada
2. Panaskan mentega dan campuran tepung dan air, menggoreng hingga menebal, campur susu, goreng hingga menjadi lembut
3. Panaskan sedikit minyak, masakkan bawang putih, bawang bombai dan daging sapi hingga masak, Campuran dengan Sampanye dan masakan selama.
4. Campuran lembat saus, mostar, jamur dan bumbui, aduk rata dan disajikan.
