米紙雞絲沙律 - Chicken Salad with Rice Paper
 
材料:
 
1/2隻鮮雞 4碗上湯
6塊越式米紙 1條青瓜


調味料:
 
汁料: 100毫升魚露
200毫升白醋 3粒蒜頭
1/2條紅辣椒 4湯匙糖


做法:
 
1. 將蒜頭、紅辣椒切粒;青瓜切片;將所有汁料材料煮滾,熄火,待涼
2. 將上湯煮滾,熄火,加入鮮雞,蓋上蓋子焗約20分鐘,撈起,待涼後撕去雞皮,將雞肉撕成絲
3. 越式米紙放入凍開水浸軟,用毛巾抺乾,盛起。於米紙上鋪上雞絲及青瓜絲,淋上魚露汁,享用


Ingredient:
 
1/2 pc fresh chicken 4 bowls broth
6 pcs rice paper 1 pc of Cucumber


Seasoning:
 
100 ml fish sauce 200ml white vinegar
3 pc of garlic 1/2 pc of red chili
4 tbsp of sugar  


Cooking Method:
 
1. Diced garlic and red chili; slice cucumber; boil all sauce ingredients, remove from heat and cool down
2. Boil broth, turn off heat, add in chicken, cover up and let it bake for 20 minutes, drain out, remove skin and shred chicken meat after cool down.
3. Soak rice paper in cold water, wipe off excess water and put on plate, add in all other ingredients on top, pour in sauce on top to serve.


Mga Sangkap:
 
1/2 pirasong manok 4 tasang sabaw
6 pirasong rice paper 1 pirasong pipino


Panimpla:
 
100 ml patis 200ml puti Suka
3 pirasong bawang 1/2 pirasong pulang sili
4 kutsarang asukal  


Paraan ng pagluluto:
 
1. Ihiwa ang bawang at pulang sili ng maliliit na piraso, ihiwa ng manipis ang pipino, pakuluin ang lahat ng sangkap ng sarsa, alisin sa apoy at palamigin.
2. Pakuluin ang sabaw at alisin sa apoy, Ilagay ang manok sa sabaw, takpan at iwanan ng 20 minuto, patiktikin, alisin ang balat at i-shred ang karne ng manok.
3. Ibabad ang rice paper sa malamig na tubig, punasan at ilagay sa plato, ilagay ang ibang mga sangkap sa ibabaw at buhusan ng sarsa at ihain.


Bahan:
 
1/2 buah yam 4 cangkir kaldu
6 buah rice paper 1 buah ketimun


Bumbu-Bumbu:
 
100 ml saus ikan 200 ml cuka putih
3 buah bawang putih 1/2 buah cabe merah
4 sdm gula  


Cara Memasak:
 
1. Bawang putih dan Cabe Merah potong kotak, ketimun potong iris-tipis, panaskan semua saus bahan hingga mendidih, angkat api dan sabarlah
2. Panaskan kaldu hingga mendidih, angkat api, menaruh ayam dengan kaldu dan menutup dan tinggal kannya selama 20 menit, dan angkat ayam kulit dan mencarik daging ayam
3. Rice paper berendam di air dingin, mengarlikan dan ditambah piring, campur semua bahan di atas rice paper, mengalir saus, disajikan
