朱古力慕思 - Chocolate Mousse
 
材料:
 
80毫升鮮奶 15克砂糖
1隻蛋黃 50克溶黑朱古力
80克淡忌廉 2克魚膠粉
1湯匙水  


做法:
 
1. 將鮮奶及砂糖煮熱至溶, 拌入蛋黃, 加入溶黑朱古力拌勻
2. 拌入已打起淡忌廉, 魚膠粉加入水混合, 隔熱水溶化
3. 將朱古力液加入魚膠粉溶拌勻, 倒入甜點杯中, 放入雪櫃冷至凝固.


Ingredient:
 
80 ml of fresh milk 15 g of sugar
1 egg yolk 50 g melted dark chocolate
80g whipping cream 2 g of gelatine powder
1 tbsp of water  


Cooking Method:
 
1. Mix milk and sugar and heat until sugar melted. Add in egg yolk and dark chocolate
2. Add in whipping cream. Use water to mix with gelatine powder, Dissolve in double boiler
3. Mix Dark Chocolate mixture and gelatine mixture, put in dessert glasses and freeze until firm.


Mga Sangkap:
 
80 ml na gatas 15 gramo asukal
1 pula ng itlog 50 gramo tinunaw na maitim tsokolate
80 gramo linatigong krema 2 gramo pulbo ng gulaman
1 kutsarang tubig  


Paraan ng pagluluto:
 
1. Ihalo ang gatas at asukal, painitin hanggang matunaw ang asukal. Ihalo muli ang pula ng itlog at maitim na tsokolate
2. Ihalo ang linatigong krema. Ihalo ang gulaman at tubig, Tunawin ng pakulo.
3. Ihalo ang dalawang mixture at ilagay sa maliit na baso. Palamigin hanggang tumigas.


Bahan:
 
80 ml susu 15 gr gula
1 kuning telur 50 gr coklat itam. Lelehkan
80 gr whipping cream 2 gr gelatine powder
1 sdm air  


Cara Memasak:
 
1. Rebus sus dengan gula hingga gula larut. Masukkan telur dan aduk. Masukkan coklat yang telah dilelehkan.
2. Kocok cream hingga memuncak dan masukkan kedalam mousse. Campur gelatin powder dengan air. Larutkan dalam double boiler
3. Masukkan adonan gelatine. Tuang mouse sedalam gelas saji Dinginkan Hingga Beku.
