忌廉泡芙 - Cream Puff
 
材料:
 
60克牛油 100克水
1/4茶匙鹽 1茶匙砂糖
100克麵粉 3隻雞蛋


做法:
 
1. 焗爐預熱至200C約10分鍾
2. 鍋子放入牛油,水,鹽,糖煮至滾
3. 加入麵粉,快速混合成糰狀
4. 把麵糰盛盤子中,分數次加入蛋汁. 每次拌均
5. 用擠花咀在掃油焗盤上成2吋平圓球
6. 先入爐以200度焗約15分鐘,之後把溫度降至160C, 烤5-8分鐘直至泡芙變金黃色


Ingredient:

100 g Flour 3 Pcs of Egg


Cooking Method:
 
1. Preheat oven to 200c for 10 minutes.
2. Mixed butter, water, salt and sugar in saucepan, bring to boil.
3. Add flour and stir until mixture forms a ball
4. Transfer dough in a mixing bowl. Add in eggs in several portions, stir well after each addition.
5. Pipe the dough into 2 inches diameter onto a greased baking pan
6. Bake at 200c for 15 minutes and reduce to 160c and baked for another 5-8 minutes or until puff completely dry and golden brown.


Mga Sangkap:
 
60 gramo mantikilya 100g tubig
1/4 kutsaritang asin 1 kutsaritang asukal
100g arina 3 itlog


Paraan ng pagluluto:
 
1. Initin ang hurno ng 200c ng 10 minuto
2. Ihalo ang mantikilya, tubig, asin at asukal sa kaserola. Pakuluin.
3. Idagdag ang arina at haluin hanggang maging hugis bola
4. Ilipat ang mga sangkap sa malaking mangkok. Ihalo ang itlog ng ilang dagdag, haluin maigi ng bawat dagdag.
5. Ipipa ang timpla sa minantikaang baking pan ng 2 diameter
6. Painitin ng 15 minuto sa 200c, pagkatapos palitan ng 160c at initin muli ng 5-8 minuto hanggang matuyo at maging kulay ginto-kayumanggi.


Bahan:
 
60gr mentega 100gr air
1/4 sdt garam 1 sdt gula
100gr tepung terigu 3 butir telur ayam


Cara Memasak:
 
1. Panaskan oven pada suhu 200c selama 10 menit
2. Campur mentega, air,garam dan gula dalam pan. Didihkan.
3. Masukkan terigu dan aduk dengan kuat hingga adonan membuntuk bola.
4. Pindahkan adonan edalam mangkok mixer. Tambahkan telur, secara bertahap, aduk rata setiap kali menambahkan.
5. Tekankan adonan kdalam diameter 2 inci deiatas loyang panggang yang telah diolesi mentega.
6. Panggang dalam suhu 200c selama 15 menit dan kurangi suhu menjadi 160c dan panggang selam 8-10 menit hingga puff benar-benar kering dan coklat keemasan.
