青瓜沙律卷 - Cucumber Roll
 
材料:
 
2條 青瓜 1條 甘荀
1/2杯 粟米粒 8塊 越南春卷皮


調味料:
 
1/2杯 乳酪 1湯匙 檸檬汁
少許 鹽 少許 胡椒粉


做法:
 
1. 將青瓜及甘荀切絲,加入少許水,灑上少許鹽待10分鐘。
2. 將調味料放在碗上,加入青瓜絲、甘荀絲及粟米粒拌勻
3. 在春卷皮上噴少許水至皮軟身,將餡料放上再捲成春卷,即成


Ingredient:
 
2 pcs of Cucumber 1 Roll of Carrot
1/2 cups of Corn Kernels 8 pcs Vietnam Rice Paper


Seasoning:
 
1/2 cup of plain yogurt 1 tbsp lemon juice
Some Salt Some Pepper


Cooking Method:
 
1. Peel the cucumber and carrot, shred. Place in water and add in some salt, leave them for 10 minutes
2. Mix all seasonings in bowl and add in shredded cucumber, carrots and corn kernels
3. Sprinkle some water in the Vietnamese Rice Paper, fill with fillings and roll up. Serve


Mga Sangkap:
 
2 rolyong pipino 1 rolyong karot
1/2 tasang mais kernels 8 pirasong Vietnam na Papel Bigas


Panimpla:
 
1/ tasang yogurt 1 kutsarang katas ng lemon
Kaunting Asin Kaunting Paminta


Paraan ng pagluluto:
 
1. Balatan at gayatin ang pipino at karot, wisikan ng kaunting asin at tubig at itabi ng 10 minuto
2. Ihalo ang lahat ng mga panimpla at ihalo ang ginayat na pipino, karot at mais
3. Wisikan ng tubig ang Papel Bigas hanggang malambot ito, lagyan ng kaunting palaman at irolyo, ihain


Bahan:
 
2 mentimun kecil 1 wortel kecil
1/2 gls jagung manis 8 kulit lumpia Vietnam


Bumbu-Bumbu:
 
1/2 gls plain yogurt 1 sdm jus lemon
Garam secukupnya Lada secukupnya


Cara Memasak:
 
1. Kupas mentimun dan wortel kumudian potong lembut panjang-panjang, taburi dengan garam dan biarkan selama 10 menit.
2. Untuk membuat isi, cmapur bhan hiasan dalam sebuah amgkok, masukkan mentimun, wortel dan jagung
3. Taburkan air diatas lumpia biar lembut dan masukkan isi secukupnya dan gulung. Disajikan
