咖喱周打湯 - Curried Chowder
 
材料:
 
100克無鹽牛油 100克麵粉
30克咖喱粉 300毫升魚湯
600毫升鮮忌廉 50隻鮮蜆(洗淨)


調味料:
 
少許卡真香草粉 少許胡椒粉


做法:
 
1. 以溫火將牛油煮溶,至牛油起泡後離火,慢慢篩入麵粉拌勻至幼滑狀。
2. 再以溫火加入咖喱粉拌勻,然後加入魚湯以大火煮至略稠。
3. 拌入鮮忌廉,以慢火煮15分鐘,並不時攪拌,加入鮮蜆,蓋上煮至鮮蜆開口,拌入調味便可飲用。

600ml heavy cream 50 pcs clams (cleaned)

Cooking Method:

Cara Memasak:
 
1. Dalam masak pan, panaskan mentega diatas api sedang. Ktika buih reda, angkat pan dari api, campur tepung hingga halus.
2. Nyalakan api kembali untuk memanaskan masukkan kaldu dan masak hingga adonan berubah kental.
3. Masukkan cream, kecikan api dan rebus selama 15 menit aduk dari waktu ke waktu. Masukkan kerang dan tutup pani dan masak hingga kerang terbuka. Bumbui dengan cabe cajun dan lada dan sajikan.
