咖喱牛肉角 - Curry Beef Pastry
 
材料:
 
180 克麵粉 1 茶匙發粉
1/4 茶匙梳打粉 1/4 茶匙鹽
1 茶匙糖 90 克牛油
1 隻蛋液 1 湯匙冰水


調味料:
 
餡料 20 克牛油
1 粒蒜茸 1 個切碎洋荵
200 克免治牛肉 50 克雜菜粒
1 湯匙咖喱粉 20 克麵粉
150 毫升上湯 少許鹽
少許糖  


做法:
 
1. 將焗爐預熱至200度
2. 將牛油及麵粉做成麵包糠,加入其他材料拌勻成粉糰,用保鮮紙包好再放入雪櫃冷藏30分鐘
3. 做餡料,用牛油爆香洋荵,咖喱粉及蒜茸,加入牛肉略炒,加入其他餡料,炒勻
4. 取出粉糰,用木棒握平,用圓形摸切出約20片酥皮,釀入餡料後以蛋液封口,用叉壓紋,再掃上蛋液,焗10至15分鐘即成


Ingredient:
 
180 g Plain Flour 1 tsp baking pwder
1/4 tsp baking soda 1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt 90 g butter
1 pc beaten egg 1 tbsp cold water


Seasoning:
 
Filling 20 g butter
1 clove of minced garlic 1 pc of diced onion
200 g ground beef 50 g mixed diced vegetable
1 tbsp curry powder 20 g plain flour
10ml broth some salt
some sugar  


Cooking Method:
 
1. Preheat Oven to 200 degrees
2. Mix butter and plain flour to become bread crumbs, mix in other ingredients to form dough, wrap in cling wrap and fridge for 30 minutes
3. For the filling, saute onion, curry powder and garlic in butter, add in beef to stir-fry, add in remaining filling ingredients and stir well.
4. Remove dough and roll out, cut with round cutter for about 20 pcs, Fill in the fillings and wrap with egg mixture. Fold and press the sides with fork. Sweep with some egg mixture and bake for 10 to 15 minutes and serve hot.


Mga Sangkap:
 
180 gramong arina 1 kutsaritang baking pwder
1/4 kutsaritang baking soda 1 kutsaritang asukal
1/4 kutsaritang asin 90 gramong mantikilya
1 pirasong binating itlog 1 kutsarang malamig na tubig


Panimpla:
 
Palaman 20 gramong mantikilya
1 pirasong tinadtad na bawang 1 pirasong tinadtad na sibuyas
200 gramong giniling na baka 50 gramong halo-halong gulay
1 kutsarang curry powder 20 gramong arina
10 ml sabaw Kaunting Asin
Kaunting Asukal  


Paraan ng pagluluto:
 
1. Painitin ang oven sa 200 degrees
2. Masahin ang mantikilya at arina at ihalo ang ibang mga sangkap para maging dough, ibalot sa cling wrap at palamigin sa fridge ng 30 minuto
3. Para sa panlaman, igisa ang sibuyas, curry powder at bawang sa mantikilya at ihalo ang baka, igisa sandali at ihalo ang ibang mga sangkap ng palaman. Iluto maigi.
4. Palaparin ang pastry at ihiwa ng pabilong, ilagay ang palaman at pahiran ng itlog ang gilid, takpan at piratin ng tinidor ang gilid. I-bake ito ng mga 10 hanggang 15 minuto at ihain.


Bahan:
 
180 gr terigu 1 sdt baking powder
1/4 sdt baking soda 1 sdt gula
1/4 sdt garam 90 gr mentega
1 butir kocok telur 1 sdm air dingin


Bumbu-Bumbu:
 
Isi 20 gr mentega
1 siung bawang putih cincang 1 bawang bombai cincang
200 gr daging sapi giling 50 gr variasi sayuran
1 sdm bubuk kari 1 sdm terigu
150 ml kaldu Sedikit garam
Sedikit Gula  


Cara Memasak:
 
1. Panaskan oven dengan suhu 200 degri
2. Campur mentega dengan terigu hingga bentuknya menyerupai tepungpanir. Masukkan bahan yang lain hingga menjadi adonan yang kaku. Simpan dalam kulkas selama 30 menit.
3. Untuk membuat isi, lelehkan mentega untuk menumis bawang bombai, bubuk kari, dan bawang putih cincang. Masukkan daging sapi cincang dan tumis, masukkan semua isi bahan dan aduk rata.
4. Pipihkan pastry dan potong dengnan ukuran 20 buah, masukkan isis kedalamnya dan olesi tepinya dengna telur. lipat dan tekan dengan garpu untuk merekatkannya. Oleskan telur pada pastry, panggang selama 10-15 menit dan disajikan.
