咖喱西多士 - Curry-stuffed French Toast
 
材料:
 
4片 方飽 2隻 蛋


調味料:
 
1茶匙 生抽 少許 鹽
少許 胡椒粉 少許 生粉
1/2茶匙 糖  


醃料:
 
餡料 150克 免治豬肉
1/2個 洋蔥 1/2個 薯仔
1 1/2湯匙 咖喱醬  


做法:
 
1. 將蛋打散;薯仔切粒後烚至腍,取出抹乾水份待用
2. 將肉碎用少許鹽及胡椒粉醃好;洋蔥切絲
3. 燒熱少許油,炒香洋蔥,再加入肉碎及薯仔粒炒勻;加入咖喱醬及調味後炒勻盛起備用
4. 將方飽對角切成三角,於中間放上餡料,蓋上另一塊飽後用叉壓實各條邊
5. 將夾好的麵包沾上一層蛋漿,放入熱油內炸至金黃即可


Ingredient:
 
4 Slices of Bread 2 pcs of Egg


Seasoning:
 
1 tsp light soya sauce Some Salt
Some Pepper Some Cornstarch
1/2 tsp of Sugar  


Marinade:
 
Fillings 150 gram Minced Pork
1/2 pcs of Onion 1/2 pcs of Potato
1 1/2 tbsp Curry Paste  


Cooking Method:
 
1. Beat Eggs, Wash potato and boil in water until soft. Pat dry and cut into small dices.
2. Marinade pork with some salt and pepper;finely dice onions.
3. Heat some oil in pan, fry onions, then add in meat and potato. Add curry paste and seasonings and stir until well, and set aside.
4. Cut each slice of bread into 2 triangles,put filllings in the center and cover with another piece.
5. Press the sides of the bread with a fork to prevent filling from spilling out.
6. Dip in beaten egg thoroughly and fry in heated oil until golden in colour.Serve


Mga Sangkap:
 
4 hiwa ng tinapay 2 pirasong itlog


Panimpla:
 
1 kutsaritang malabnaw na toyo Kaunting Asin
Kaunting Paminta Kaunting Arinang Mais
1/2 kutsaritang Asukal  


Pambabad:
 
Palaman 150 gramong giniling na baboy
1/2 pirasong sibuyas 1/2 pirasong patatas
1 1/2 kutsarang pasta ng curry  


Paraan ng pagluluto:
 
1. Batiin ang itlog, ihugas ang patatas at pakuluin hanggang malambot. patuyuin at ihiwa ng maliliit na piraso
2. Ibabad ang giniling na baboy sa kaunting asin at paminta, ihiwa ng maliliit na piraso ang sibuyas
3. Igisa ang sibuyas sa kaunting mantika, ihalo ang giniling na baboy at patatas. Ihalo ang curry at mga panimpla maigi at itabi.
4. Ihiwa ang tinapay ng triangulo, ilagay ang palaman sa gitna ng tinapat at takpan ng isa pang tinapay.
5. Idiin ang gilid ng tinapay gamit ng tinidor para hindi magtapon ang palaman
6. Ibabad ang tinapay sa itlog at iprito hanggang makayumanggi ang tinapay. Ihain.


Bahan:
 
4 Iris-Iris Roti 2 buah telur


Bumbu-Bumbu:
 
1 sdt kecap asin Sedikit Garam
Sedikit Lada Sedikit Tepung Jagung
1/2 Sdt Gula  


Bumbu:
 
Isi 150 gr Daging Babi Cincang
1/2 buah Bawang Bombay 1/2 buah Kentang
1 1/2 sdm Kari Adonan  


Cara Memasak:
 
1. Kocok telur, mencuci kentang dan masakkan hingga lembut, menepuk kering dan potong-potong
2. Bumbui daging babi dengan sedikit garam dan lada, Bawang Bombay potong potongan
3. Panaskan sedikit minyak, masukkan bawang bombay, daging babi dan kentang, campuran kari dan bumbu-bumbui, aduk rata, tersisih
4. Iris Roti ke dalam segitiga, tempat tambalan ke dalam pusat roti, perlindungan dengan potong roti lain.
5. Desak pihak roti dengan cabang untuk mencegah tambalan untuk tertumpah
6. Berendam roti dengan telur dan mengorreng sedikit minyak hingga kecoklatan. Disajikan
