鮮檸慕花絲 - Fresh Lemon Mousse
 
材料:
 
120克 忌廉芝士 100毫升 鮮忌廉


調味料:
 
1/2個 檸檬汁 1/2個 檸檬皮蓉
2湯 砂糖  


做法:
 
1. 將鮮忌廉座冰水打至企身,備用。
2. 將忌廉芝士放大碗內,不須加蓋以微波中溫加熱50秒,加熱至軟身。
3. 把調味料拌入芝士內充分拌勻,輕輕拌入鮮忌廉後分放小碗內,放雪櫃冷藏1小時享用。


Ingredient:
 
120g cream cheese 100ml whipping cream


Seasoning:
 
1/2 pc fresh lemon juice 1/2 pc grated lemon zest
2 tbsp granulated sugar  


Cooking Method:
 
1. Beat up the whipping cream in a mixing bowl over ice water bath until soft peak formed.
2. Place the cream cheese in a large bowl & heat without cover in medium power for 50 seconds until softened.
3. Add the seasoning into cheese & mix well, lightly fold in the whipped cream & spoon over serving dish. Allow to cool in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.


Mga Sangkap:
 
120 gramo krema keso 100 ml whipping krema


Panimpla:
 
1/2 baso katas ng lemon 1/2 tinadyat na balat ng lemon
2 kutsarang asukal  


Paraan ng pagluluto:
 
1. Batiin ang whipping krema sa paghaluan na mangkok na may malamig na tubig hanggang malambot.
2. Ilagay ang krema ng keso at malaking mangkok at ipainit na walang takip sa katamtamang apoy sa 50 segundos hanggang lumambot
3. Ilagay ang panimpla sa keso at haluin maigi. Dahan-dahan tilupin ang whipping krema at kutsarain na ipatong sa plato. Ipalamig sa refigrator ng 1 oras bago ihain.


Bahan:
 
120 gr keju cream 100ml whipping cream


Bumbu-Bumbu:
 
1/2 air lemon segar 1/2 lemon zest parut
2 sdm gula butir (granulated sugar)  


Cara Memasak:
 
1. Kocok whipping cream dalam mangkok mixer diatas air es hingga lembut dan memuncak.
2. Letakkan keju cream kedalam mangkok besar dan panaskan tanpa tutup pada panas sedang selama 50 detik hingga lembut.
3. Masukkan bumbu-bumbu kedalam keju dan aduk rata, gulung whipping cream dan sendok diatas piriing. Dinginkan dalam kulkas sekurang-kurangnya satu jam sebelum disajikan.
