洋蔥豬扒 - Fried Pork Chop with Onions
 
材料:
 
4 塊豬扒 1 個洋蔥


調味料:
 
1 湯匙檸檬汁 1 杯水
少許 鹽 少許 胡椒粉


醃料:
 
1 湯匙醬油 1/2 茶匙糖
1/2 茶匙生粉 1/2 茶匙黑胡椒粉
少許 麻油  


做法:
 
1. 將洋蔥切片;豬扒洗淨後,用肉錘/刀背錘鬆,用醃料約20分鐘。
2. 燒熱油,將豬扒煎至呈黃色,再加入兩湯匙清水,豬扒煮熟,盛起。
3. 用1湯匙油爆香洋蔥片,加入檸檬汁及1杯水煮滾。
4. 放入豬扒煮5分鐘左右,加入鹽及黑胡椒粉調味。即成。


Ingredient:

Seasoning:
 
1 tbsp lemon juice 1 cup of water
Some salt Some Pepper


Marinade:
 
1 tbsp Soy Sauce 1/2 tsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Cornstarch 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
Some Sesame Oil  


Cooking Method:
 
1. Slices onions into strips, clean Pork Chop and use a meat hammer or back of knife to make it tender, mix with marinade and leave for 20 minutes.
2. Heat some oil, fry pork chop until turns golden brown, add in 2 tbsp of water and cook until cooked. Set Aside
3. Heat 1 tbsp of oil to saute onions, add in lemon juice and 1 cup of water, cook until it boils.
4. Add in Pork Chop and cook for about 5 minutes, add in salt and pepper to taste. Serve.


Mga Sangkap:
 
4 pirasong Pork Chop 1 pirasong sibuyas


Panimpla:
 
1 kutsarang jus ng lemon 1 basong tubig
Kaunting Asin Kaunting Paminta


Pambabad:
 
1 kutsarang toyo 1/2 kutsaritang asukal
1/2 kutsaritang arinang mais 1/2 kutsaritang Itim na paminta
Kaunting Sesame oil  


Paraan ng pagluluto:
 
1. Ihiwa ang sibuyas ng manipis-nipis, hugasan ang pork chop, ipukpuk gamit ng pammukpuk o kaya likod ng kutsilyo para maging malambot, ihalo ang mga pambabad at iwanan ng 20 minuto.
2. Mag-init ng mantika, iprito ang Pork Chop hanggang maging makayumanggi, lagyan ng 2 kutsarang tubig at lutuin hanggang maluto. Itabi
3. Igisa ang sibuyas sa kaunting mantika, ihalo ang jus ng lemon at 1 basong tubig, iluto hanggang makulo.
4. Ihalo ang pork Chop at iluto ng 5 minuto, timplahan ng asin at paminta. Ihain.


Bahan:
 
4 Potongan Daging Babi 1 buah Bawang Bombai


Bumbu-Bumbu:
 
1 sdm jus limon 1 cangkir air
Sedikit garam Sedikit lada


Bumbu:
 
1 sdm kecap asin 1/2 sdt gula
1/2 sdt tepung jagung 1/2 sdt lada hitam
Sedikit Minyak Wijen  


Cara Memasak:
 
1. Bawang Bombai potong iris-tips, mencuci daging babi dan pakai palu daging atau bagian belakang pisau untuk membuatnya lembut, campuran merinet dengan selama 20 menit.
2. Panaskan minyak, menggoreeng daging babi hingga kecoklatan, campur 2 sdm air dan masukkan hingga daging masak. Tersisih
3. Panaskan 1 sdm minyak dan gorreng bawang bombai, campuran jus limon dan 1 cangkir air, masukkan hingga mendidih. Campuran Daging Babi dan masak selama 5 menit, campur bumbui garam dan lada. Disajikan
