肉碎蝦醬炒飯 - Fried Rice with Minced Pork and Shrimp Paste
 
材料:
 
50克 免治豬肉 1/4個 洋蔥
1湯匙 蒜茸 1隻 指天椒
1湯匙 油 1碟 白飯


調味料:
 
1湯匙 蝦醬 1茶匙 老抽
1茶匙 蠔油 1茶匙 生抽
2茶匙 砂糖  


醃料:
 
少許 生油 少許 砂糖
少許 鹽 少許 粟粉
少許 水 少許 油


做法:
 
1. 將免治豬肉以醃料拌勻醃15分鐘;洋蔥及指天椒 ,切粒
2. 燒熱油,爆香洋蔥、蒜茸及指天椒,加入免治豬肉炒至熟
3. 然後加入調味料及白飯炒勻便可。


Ingredient:
 
50 g Minced Pork 1/4 pcs of onion
1 tbsp of minced garlic 1 pc of Chili
1 tbsp of oil 1 plate of cooked rice


Seasoning:
 
1 tbsp Shrimp Paste 1 tsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp oyster sauce 1 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp sugar  


Marinade:
 
Some soy sauce Some sugar
Some Salt Some Cornstarch
Some water Some Oil


Cooking Method:
 
1. Marinate minced pork with marinade for 15 minutes; chopped the onion and chili
2. Heat 1 tbsp of oil to saute onions, garlic and chili, add in minced pork fry until cooked.
3. Add in seasonings and Rice, stir well and Serve


Mga Sangkap:
 
50 gramong Giniling na Baboy 1/4 pirasong Sibuyas
1 kutsarang tinadtad na bawang 1 pirasong sili
1 kutsarang mantika 1 platong kanin


Panimpla:
 
1 kutsarang Bagoong 1 kutsaritang maitim na toyo
1 kutsaritang sarsa ng talaba 1 kutsaritang toyo
2 kutsaritang asukal  


Pambabad:
 
Kaunting toyo Kaunting Asukal
Kaunting Asin Kaunting Arinang Mais
Kaunting Tubig Kaunting Mantika


Paraan ng pagluluto:
 
1. Ibabad ang giniling na baboy sa pambabad ng 15 minuto, ihiwa ang sibuyas at sili
2. Igisa ang sibuyas, bawang at sili sa 1 kutsarang mantika, ihalo ang giniling na baboy hanggang maluto
3. Ihalo ang mga panimpla at kanin, ihalo maigi at ihain


Bahan:
 
50 gr Daging Babi Cincang 1/4 buah Bawang Bombai
1 sdm Bawang Putih, cincang 1 buah Sambal Cabe
1 sdm minyak 1 piring nasi


Bumbu-Bumbu:
 
1 sdm Adonan Udang 1 sdt Kecap Asin Hitam
1 sdt Saus tiram 1 sdt Kecap Asin
2 sdt Gula  


Bumbu:
 
Sedikit Kecap Asin Sedikit Gula
Sedikit Garam Sedikit Tepung Jagung
Sedikit Air Sedikit Minyak


Cara Memasak:
 
1. Rendam Cincang Daging babi dengan merinet selama 15 menit; bawang bombai dan cabe potong potong
2. Panaskan 1 sdm minyak, mengorreng bawang bombai, bawang putih dan cabe, masukkan daging babi hingga masak
3. Campuran semua bumbu-bumbui dan nasi, aduk rata dan disajikan
