香煎蝦餅 - Fried Shrimp Patties
 
材料:
 
250克 蝦仁 80克 南瓜
30克 馬蹄肉  


調味料:
 
1 1/2湯匙 生粉 1/2茶匙 鹽
1/2茶匙 麻油 1/4茶匙 砂糖


做法:
 
1. 將蝦仁用刀背壓成茸,加入調味料,拌至起膠;馬蹄肉切碎
2. 將南瓜切絲,在滾水煮軟,壓成茸
3. 將所有材料拌勻,分成小圓餅
4. 在鑊中燒熱1湯匙油,將蝦餅煎至金黃色,可與沙律醬共食


Ingredient:
 
250 grams of Shelled shrimps 80 grams of Pumpkin
30 grams of Water Chestnut  


Seasoning:
 
1 1/2tbsp cornstarch 1/2 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of sesame oil 1/4 tsp sugar


Cooking Method:
 
1. Chop the shrimps and finely press with back of the knife, add in seasoning and mix well, chopped finely the Water Chestnuts
2. Shred the pumpkin, cook in boiled water until soft, press until becomes paste
3. Mix all ingredients and divide into patties
4. Heat up 1 tbsp of oil, fry the patties until it turns golden brown. Serve with Salad Dressing


Mga Sangkap:
 
250 gramong Binalatang Hipon 80 gramong kalabasa
30 gramong Water Chestnut  


Panimpla:
 
1 1/2 kutsarang arinang mais 1/2 kutsaritang salt
1/2 kutsaritang sesame oil 1/4 kutsaritang asukal


Paraan ng pagluluto:
 
1. Tadtarin ang hipon at idiin gamit ng pino ng kutsilyo. Ihalo ang panimpla at haluin para maging pastang hipon
2. Ihiwa ang kalabasa ng maliliit na piraso at iluto sa pinakuluang tubig hangang malambot
3. Ihalo ang lahat ng mga sangkap at hatiin maging patties.
4. Mag-nit ng 1 kutsarang mantika, iprito ang patties hanggang maging ginintuang kulay. Ihain kasama ng salad dressing.


Bahan:
 
250 gr udang yang telah dikupas 80 gr waluh
30 gr water chestnut  


Bumbu-Bumbu:
 
1 1/2 sdm tepung sagu 1/2 sdt garam
1/2 sdt minyak wijen 1/4 sdt gula


Cara Memasak:
 
1. Cincang udang dengan pisau, campr dengan bumbu-bumbu dan aduk rata untuk disajakan pasta udang
2. Waluh potong cincang cincang, masukkan waluh dan masak hinga mpuk, hancurkan
3. Campuran semua bahan, bagi bentuk menjadi pattie (isi hamburger)
4. Panaskan 1 sdm minyak, menggoreng patti hingga kuning. Disajikan dengan Salad Dressing.
