意大利蜆肉扁意粉 - Linguine with Italian Clams
 
材料:
 
100克 花蜆 200克 扁身意大利粉
3茶匙 菜油  


調味料:
 
1/2杯 橄欖油 1/3杯 意大利蕃茜
6粒 蒜頭 1/2茶匙 黑椒碎


做法:
 
1. 將花蜆用清水浸約3小時,洗淨。意粉放入鹽水中烚熟,瀝水,待用
2. 煮熱菜油,加入花蜆炒勻,煮3分鐘至蜆殼打開即成
3. 加入調味料炒勻,再蓋上煲蓋煮4分鐘,伴意粉食用即可


Ingredient:
 
100 g clam 200 g linguine
3 tbsp vegetable oil  


Seasoning:
 
1/2 cup olive oil 1/3 cup chopped Italian parsley
6 pcs chopped garlic 1/2 tsp ground pepper


Cooking Method:
 
1. Soak the clam in water for 3 hours, then rinse. Poach the linguine in salt water. Drain and remove.
2. Heat the vegetable oil and fry the clam. Cover and cook for 3 minutes until clams are open.
3. Then, add in seasonings and cook with cover for another 4 minutes. To serve with linguine.


Mga Sangkap:
 
100 gramo tulya 200 gramo linguine
3 kutsara Mantika gulay  


Panimpla:
 
1/2 tassa olive oil 1/3 tasa tinadtad na Italianong kinshay
6 piraso tinadtad bawang 1/2 kutsarita paminta


Paraan ng pagluluto:
 
1. Ibabad ang tulya sa tubig ng 3 oras. Iluto ang linguine sa tubig na may asin. Patitikin ito at alisin.
2. Magpainit ng mantika gulay at iprito ang tulya, tak-pan ito at lutuin ng 3 minutos hangang maluto.
3. Pagkatapos ihalo ang mga panimpla takpan muli at lutuin hanging 4 minutes, Ihain kasama ng linguine.


Bahan:
 
100 gr kerang 200 gr linguine (sejenis spagheti)
3 sdm minyak sayur  


Bumbu-Bumbu:
 
1/2 gls minyak zaitun 1/3 gls parseli Italy cincang
6 siung bawang putih 1/2 sdt lada hitam


Cara Memasak:
 
1. Rendam clam dalam air selama 3 jam, kemudian cuci. Rebus linguined dalam air garam. Angkat dan tiriskan.
2. Panaskan minyak sayur dan goring kerang. Tutup dan masak selama 3 menit hingga matang.
3. Kemudian, masukkan bumbu-bumbu dan masak dengan tertutup selama 4 menit. Untuk disajikan dengan linguine.
