蓮藕冬菇豬展湯 - Lotus Roots, Mushroom and Pork Shanks Soup
 
材料:
 
300 克粉葛 1/2 條蓮藕
240 克馬蹄 160 克冬菇
300 克豬展 10 克南北杏
2 粒蜜棗 3 公升水


做法:
 
1. 將豬展飛水;粉葛、蓮藕及馬蹄去皮,切件;冬菇去蒂、浸軟;洗淨南北杏及密棗
2. 煲滾清水,加入所有材料,以大火滾10分鐘,再轉慢火煲3小時,加鹽調味


Ingredient:
 
300g Kudzu 1/2 pcs lotus root
240g water chestnuts 160g chinese mushroom
300g Pork Shanks 10g chinese almonds
2pcs of red dates 3 liter of water


Cooking Method:
 
1. Boil pork shanks; peel kudzu, lotus root and water chestnuts and cut into pieces; remove stem of chinese mushroom and soak soft; wash the chinese almonds and red dates.
2. Boil water, add in all ingredients, boil in high heat for 10 minutes and boil with medium heat for 3 hours, add in salt to taste.


Mga Sangkap:
 
300g Kudzu 1/2 pirasong lotus root
240 gramong water chesnut 160 gramong kabuteng instik
300 gramong baboy maso 10 gramong almonds ng instik
2 pirasong red dates 3 litrong tubig


Paraan ng pagluluto:
 
1. Pakuluin ang baboy maso; balatan ang kudzu, lotus root at water chestnut at ihiwa; alisin ang tangkay ng kabute at ibabad hanggang malambot; hugasan ang chinese almonds at red dates
2. Pakuluin ang tubig at ilagay ang lahat ng mga sangkap, pakuluin sa malaking apoy ng 10 minuto at pakuluin ng 3 oras sa katamtamang apoy, timplahan ng kaunting asin


Bahan:
 
300gr kudzu 1/2 batang akar lotus (lin ngau)
240gr water chestnut (ma dai) 160gr jamur hitam
300gr daging paha babi 10gr lam pak han
2 biji red date (met cou) 3 liter air


Cara Memasak:
 
1. Rebus Sebantar daging paha babi, kupas kudzu, kaar lotus, water chestnut. Rendam jamur dan potong akarnya. Cuci almond dan honey date
2. Rebus dan masukkan semua bahan, didhkan dan rebus selama 109 menit. Kecilkan api dan rebus selama 3 jam. bumbui sedikit garam dan disajikan
