鯖魚飯 - Mackerel Fish Rice
 
材料:
 
1條 青花魚 2片 薑
1茶匙 薑汁 2湯匙 日本清酒
2湯匙 味醂 1茶匙 砂糖
3湯匙 水  


調味料:
 
少許鹽 少許胡椒粉


做法:
 
1. 將青花魚切去頭及尾部,除去內臟,洗淨,以廚紙吸乾水份,以調味料拌勻魚面,切開四件待用
2. 燒熱少許油,加入薑片及鯖魚,以慢火將魚煎熟至兩面金黃,盛放吸油紙上
3. 將薑汁,水,味醂及日本清酒煮滾,至砂糖溶化,放入鯖魚,灑上薑汁略煮便可,放上飯面享用


Ingredient:
 
1pc mackerel fish 2pcs ginger
1tsp ginger juice 2 tbsp of Japanese Sake
2 tbsp of Mirin 1 tsp of Sugar
3 tbsp of water  


Seasoning:
 
Some salt Some pepper


Cooking Method:
 
1. Cut the head and tail of the mackerel fish. Remove the intestine and rinse. Absorb the water and season with seasonings. Cut into 4 pieces and set aside.
2. Heat some oil. Add in ginger and fish and pan-fry in low heat until both sides turn golden brown.
3. Boil Sake, Ginger Juice, Mirin, Water and add in sugar until melt. Then, put in the fish and pour in ginger juice. Put it on top of bowl or rice and ready to serve.

1kutsarita katas ng luya 2 kutsarang Japanese Sake
2 kutsarang Mirin na Alak 1 kutsaritang Asukal
3 Kutsarang Tubig

Paraan ng pagluluto:
 
1. Hiwain ulo at buntot ng makarel na isda. Alisin ang lamang loob at hugasan ito. Patktikin ito at lagyan ng panimpla. Hiwain ito sa apat na piraso at itabi muna.
2. Magpainit ng mantika. Ilagay ang luya at isda sa kawali na may mahinang apoy. Hangang maging mapula pula ito.
3. Lutuin ang sarsa matunaw ang asukal. Pagkatapos ay ilagay ang isda at ibuhos ang katas ng luya. At ilagay ito sa ibabaw ng kanin at ihain.


Bahan:
 
1ekor ikan makarel 2 iris jahe
1sdt air jahe 2sdm kecap asin Jepang
2sdm mirin 1sdt gula
3sdm air  


Bumbu-Bumbu:
 
Garam secukupnya Lada secukupnya


Cara Memasak:
 
1. Potong kepala dan ekor ikan, Bersihkan kotoran pada ikan dan cuci hingga bersih. Serap air dan cam-purkan bumbu. Potong menjadi 4 potong dan sisihkan.
2. Panaskan minyak. Masukkan Jahe dan ikan dan goring dengan api kecil hingga kedua sisi berubah coklat kekuningan.
3. Masak bahan saus hingga gula meleleh.Kemudian, masukkan ikan dan tuang air jahe. Letakkan diatas nasi siap untuk disajikan.
