芒果班戟 - Mango Pancake
 
材料:
 
60克麵粉 25克砂糖
1隻雞蛋 少許鹽
1 湯匙牛油溶液 100毫升鮮奶
25毫升芒果汁 少許雲呢拿油


調味料:
 
餡料: 適量甜忌廉
1個芒果-起肉  


做法:
 
1. 將雞蛋拂勻 ; 麵粉以幼孔篩篩幼,加入砂糖、鹽及蛋液拌勻後,再加入牛油溶液、鮮奶及雲呢拿油拌勻成班戟漿
2. 將易潔平底鑊加熱,倒入薄薄一層班戟漿,用慢火煎成班戟皮
3. 班戟皮上碟後待涼,放上芒果肉及喞上忌廉便成


Ingredient:

1 tbsp melted butter 100 ml milk
100 ml mango juice Some vanilla oil


Seasoning:
 
Stuffing: Some cream
1 pc mango meat  


Cooking Method:
 
1. Beat the egg. Sieve the flour, then, mix it with sugar, salt and egg. Then, add in butter, milk and vanilla oil.
2. Pour the egg mixture into the pan. Fry slowly to make the pancake.
3. Cool down the pancake and place into the dish. Then, put on some mango meat and cream. Ready to serve.


Mga Sangkap:
 
80 gramo arina 25 gramo asukal
1 pirasong itlog Kaunting asin
100 ml gatas 1 kutsarang tinunaw na mantik-ilya
25 ml latas ng mangga Kaunting mutikang banilya


Panimpla:
 
Panlaman: Kaunting krema
1 pirasong laman ng mangga  


Paraan ng pagluluto:
 
1. Batiin ang itlog. Salain ang arina, tapos, ihalo sa asukal, asin at itlog. Tapos, idagdag ang mantikilya, gatas at man-tilang banilya.
2. lbuhos ang hinalong itlog sa kawali, lprito ng dahan dahan ng makagawa ng pankeyk.
3. Palamigin ang pankeyk at ila-gay sa plato tapos, lagyan ng laman ng mangga at krema. Handa ng ihain.


Bahan:
 
60 gr terigu 15gr gula
1 butir telur Garam secukupnya
1 sdm mentega yang dilelehkan 100 ml susu
25 ml jus mangga Sedikit minyak vanilla


Bumbu-Bumbu:
 
Isi: Cream secukupnya
1 daging mangga  


Cara Memasak:
 
1. Kocok telur, Ayak tepung,kemudian, campur dengan gula, garam dan telur. Kemudian, masukkan mentega, susu dan minyak vanilla.
2. Tuang adonan kedalam wajan datar. Goreng perlahan untuk membuat pancake.
3. Dinginkan pancake dan letakkan diatas piring. Kemudian, letakkan daging mangga dan cream diatasnya. Siap untuk disajikan.
