馬沙拿羊柳飯 - Masala Rice with Lamb Fillet
 
材料:
 
125克 印度米 200克 羊柳
1/4個洋蔥 1湯匙蒜茸
1湯匙薑茸 1茶匙芥末籽
2茶匙芫茜粉 2茶匙馬沙拿粉
約300毫升水 適量鹽


醃料:
 
1茶匙鹽 1茶匙胡椒
1茶匙馬沙拿粉  


做法:
 
1. 將羊柳切粒;洋蔥洗凈及切碎;羊柳加醃料醃約20分鐘
2. 燒熱3湯匙油,將洋蔥爆香,加入羊柳炒香,下蒜茸、薑茸、芥末籽、馬沙拿粉、芫茜粉炒勻
3. 加入印度米炒勻,下水,煮至水滾。加蓋,轉中慢火約10-15分鐘至飯熟
4. 離火,加蓋再焗10分鐘,下少許鹽調味,即成


Ingredient:
 
125g basmti rice 200g lamb fillet
1/4 onion 1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp minced ginger 1 tsp mustard seed
2 tsps masala powder 2 tsps coriander powder
About 300ml water Some pinch of salt


Marinade:
 
1 tsp of Salt 1 tsp of Pepper
1 tsp of Masala Powder  


Cooking Method:
 
1. Diced lamb fillet and Onion
2. Marinate the lamb with marinade for 20 mins.
3. Saute Onions in 3 tbsps of oil. Add in Lamb to fry briefly. Add in Garlic, Ginger, Mustard Seed, Masala Powder and Coriander Power, Mix Well.
4. Add the rice and stir well. Add water. Boil and turn to medium low heat to cook for about 10-15 mins until done with lid covered.
5. Remove from heat. Leave it covered up for further 10 mins. Season with some salt and Serve.


Mga Sangkap:
 
125 gramong Basmti Bigas (Inddonesia) 200 gramong Fillet na Tupa
1/4 pirasong Sibuyas 1 kutsarang tinadtad na Bawang
1 kutsarang tinadtad na Luya 1 kutsaritang Mustard Seed
2 kutsaritang Pulbo na Masala 2 kutsaritang Coriander na Pulbo
300 ml tubig Kaunting Asin


Pambabad:
 
1 kutsaritang asin 1 kutsaritang Paminta
1 kutsaritang Pulbo na Masala  


Paraan ng pagluluto:
 
1. Ihiwa ng maliliit na piraso ang Tupa at Sibuyas
2. Ibabad sa pambabad ang Tupa ng 20 minuto
3. Igisa ang sibuyas sa 3 kutsarang mantika, ihalo ang tupa. Ihalo ang bawang, luya, Mustard Seed, Pulbo na Masala at Coriander na Pulbo.Ihalo Maigi.
4. Ihalo ang mga bigas at ihalo maigi, lagyan ng tubig. Pakuluin at iluto sa katamtamang apoy ng 10-15 minuto hanggang maluto.
5. Alisin sa apoy. Takpan at i-bake ng 10 minuto. Timplahan ng kaunting asin at ihain.


Bahan:
 
125 gr Basmti Nasi 200 gr Anak domba memotong
1/4 buah bawang bombai 1 sdm cincang bawang
1 sdm cincang jahe 1 sdt Mustard Seed
2 sdt Masala Bedok 2 sdt Coriander Bedok
300 ml air Sedikit Garam


Bumbu:
 
1 sdt Garram 1 sdt Lada
1 sdt Masala Bedok  


Cara Memasak:
 
1. Domba Memotong dan Bawang Bombai, potong potong kotak
2. Campurkan Anak Domba Memotong dan merinet selama 20 menit.
3. Panaskan 3 sdm minyak, masukkan bawang bombai dan anak domba memotong. Campurkan bawang, jahe, mustard seed, Masala Bedok dan Coriander Bedok. Aduk Rata
4. Campurkan nasi dan aduk rata, menambahkan air, menggoreng hingga mendidih dan goreng dengan sedang api selama 10-15 menit hingga nasi masak .
5. Menghilangkan dari panas dan panggang selama 10-15 menit lain. Musim dengan garam untuk Berasa.
