墨西哥牛肉卷 - Mexican Beef Tortillas
 
材料:
 
1包墨西哥玉米餅 300克牛肉片
2個牛油果 2個芒果


調味料:
 
醬料 6湯匙乳酪
2茶匙咖喱粉  


醃料:
 
1/2茶匙咖喱粉 1/2茶匙鹽
1/4茶匙胡椒粉  


做法:
 
1. 將墨西哥玉餅烘熱
2. 將乳酪及咖喱粉伴勻備用
3. 將牛肉加醃料拌勻, 下煎之熟透
4. 將牛肉,切條牛油果及芒果放在玉米餅上, 加些乳酪醬, 捲起即成.


Ingredient:
 
1 pack of Mexican Tortillas 300g of sliced beef
2 pcs of Avocado 2 pcs of Mango


Seasoning:
 
Sauce ingredients 6 tbsp of plain yogurt
1 tsp of curry powder  


Marinade:
 
1/2 tsp of curry powder 1/2 tsp of salt
1/4 tsp of pepper  


Cooking Method:
 
1. Toast Tortillas
2. Mix yogurt and curry powder, set aside
3. Marinade beef and pan-fry till cook
4. Place beef, sliced avocado and mango on top of tortillas, add in some sauce and wrap to serve


Mga Sangkap:
 
1 pakete ng Mexican Tortillas 300g nahiwang karneng baka
2 pirasong avocado 2 pirasong mangga


Panimpla:
 
Sarsa 6 kutsarang yogurt
2 kutsarang curry powder  


Pambabad:
 
1/2 kutsaritang curry powder 1/2 kutsaritang asin
1/4 kutsaritang paminta  


Paraan ng pagluluto:
 
1. Painitin ang tortillas at itabi
2. Haluin ang yogurt at curry powder, itabi.
3. Ibabad ang karneng baka sa pambabad at iprito hanggang maluto.
4. Ilagay ang karneng baka, hiwang avocado at mangga sa ibabaw ng tortillas, lagyan ng konting sarsa at Ibalot.


Bahan:
 
1 pack Mexican Tortillas 300gr daging sapi, iris tipis-tipis
2 avocat 2 mangga


Bumbu-Bumbu:
 
Saus 6 sdm plain yogurt
2 sdt kari bubuk  


Bumbu:
 
1/2 sdt kari bubuk 1/2 sdt garam
1/4 sdt lada  


Cara Memasak:
 
1. Belah Mexican Tortillas dan hangatkan.
2. Campur yogurt dan kari bubuk.
3. Campur daging sapi dengan bumbu-bumbu dan goring dengan cepat dlam pan panas hingga matang.
4. Letakkan daging sapi, iris tipis-tipis avocet, mangga, sayur diatas tortillas. Siram dengan saus, Gulung dan sajikan.
