蒟蒻味噌湯 - Miso Soup with konjac
 
材料:
 
150克 蒟蒻絲 50克 甜豆
100克 芽菜 80 克 甘筍絲
1湯匙 味醂 250毫升 清湯
1湯匙 味噌  


做法:
 
1. 將甜豆撕筋,洗淨 ; 芽菜洗淨,瀝水,待用。
2. 煲滾水,加少許醋,放入蒟蒻絲煮約3分鐘,撈起以冰水浸凍,瀝乾。
3. 煲滾清湯,放甘筍絲、甜豆及蒟蒻絲煮滾,再加入芽菜、味醂及味噌拌勻煲滾,即可。


Ingredient:
 
150 g shredded konjac 50 g sweet pea
100 g bean sprout 80 g shredded carrot
1 tbsp mirin 250 ml clear soup
1 tbsp miso  


Cooking Method:
 
1. Rinse the sweet pea and bean sprout . Drain and set aside.
2. Cook the konjac with water and vinegar for 3 minutes. Soak in iced water and drain.
3. Boil the clear soup. Then, add in bean sprout, mirin and miso. Ready to serve.


Mga Sangkap:
 
150 gramo ginayat na konjac 2 piraso itim fungus
50 gramo sweet pea 100 gramo toge
80 gramo ginayat na karrot 1 kutsara mirin
250 ml sabaw na malinaw 1 kutsara miso


Paraan ng pagluluto:
 
1. Hugasan ang sweet pea at ang toge, patiktikin at itabi.
2. Lutuin sa suka at tubig ang konjac ng 3 minutos. Ibabad sa malamig na tubig at patiktikin.
3. Pakuluan ang sopas. Pagkatapos, Ilagay ang ikarrot, sweet pea, at konjac. Isunod ma ilagay ang toge, mirin at miso. At ihain.


Bahan:
 
150 gr konjac, iris panjang 50 gr buncis
100 gr taoge 80 gr wortel, ieis panjang
1 sdm mirin 250 ml kaldu (clear soup)
1 sdm miso  


Cara Memasak:
 
1. Cuci buncis dan taoge. Tiriskan dan sisihkan.
2. Siangi konjac dengan air dan sedikit cuka selama 3 menit. Rendam dalam air es dan tiriskan.
3. Rebus kaldu. Kemudian masukkan jamur, wortel, buncis dan konjac. Masukkan taoge, mirin dan miso. Siap untuk disajikan.
