鮮雜果千層餅 - Mixed Fruit Mille Feuille
 
材料:
 
2張 春卷皮 4粒 紅草莓
4粒 藍草莓  


調味料:
 
少許 糖 40克 忌廉


醃料:
 
蘸汁: 少許 草莓醬
少許 糖水  


做法:
 
1. 將春卷皮用圓圈模刻成圓形狀,炸脆,備用
2. 將紅草莓、藍莓洗淨,切粒,忌廉加入糖拂勻,加入草莓粒拌勻餡料
3. 將脆春卷皮一張,放上碟,放上餡料,再覆蓋一張脆春卷皮,重複步驟3次,蘸汁淋上碟,即可供食。

4 pcs blue berry

Some sugar 40g cream


Marinade:
 
Dipping sauce: Some strawberry sauce
Some sugar water  


Cooking Method:
 
1. Cut the spring roll skin with a round shape mould. Then, deep-fry. Set aside.
2. Rinse the strawberry and blue berry. Chop into pieces. Mix the cream with sugar and add in the berries as filling.
3. Place the deep-fried spring roll skin on the plate. Then, place the filling. Cover with another spring roll skin. Repeat the same proceduces for 3 times. Serve with dipping sauce.


Mga Sangkap:
 
2 pirasong balat ng spring roll 4 pirasong istrobeni
4 pirasong bering asul  


Panimpla:
 
Kaunting asukal 40 gramo krema


Pambabad:
 
Sawsawan: Kaunting istnobering sarsa
Kaunting asukal tubig  


Paraan ng pagluluto:
 
1. Hiwain ang balat ng spring roll na pabilog. Tapos, iprito ng palubog. Itabi.
2. Hugasan ang istrobeni at asul na beri. Tadtarin ng piraso. Ihalo ang krema sa asukal at idagdag ang mga beri maging panlaman.
3. Ilagay ang pritong balat ng spring roll sa plato. Tapos, ilagay ang panlaman.Takpan ng isa balat ng spring roll. Ulitin ang pamamaraan ng 3 beses. Ihain na may sawsawan.


Bahan:
 
2 lembur kuilt lumpia 4 biji stroberi
4 biji blueberry  


Bumbu-Bumbu:
 
sedikit gula 40 gr cream


Bumbu:
 
Saus penyerta: Sedikit saus stroberi
Sedikit air gula  


Cara Memasak:
 
1. Potong kulit lumpia dengan cetakan bentuk bundar. Kemudian, goreng dengan minyak banyak. Sisihkan.
2. Cuci stroberi dan blueberry. Potong. Campur cream dengan gula dan masukkan stroberi dan blueberry untuk dijakan isi.
3. Letakkan kulit lumpia goreng diatas piring. Kemudian, letakkan isi. Tutup dengan kuilt lumpia yang lain. Ulangi cara yang sama hingga 3 kali. Sajikan dengan saus penyerta.
