芒果布甸 - Mango Pudding
 
材料:
 
2個芒果肉 2 湯匙砂糖
2 盒芒果味唶喱紛 400 毫升熱水
100 毫升淡奶 200 毫升冰水


做法:
 
1. 切開芒果肉放入攪拌己中攪成芒果茸﹐ 冷藏待用
2. 混合砂糖及唶喱紛﹐ 加入熱水拌勻至其溶解﹐ 待稍涼
3. 加入芒果茸﹐淡奶及冰水拌勻﹐ 倒進布甸中﹐ 放入雪櫃中冷藏至凝固便可


Ingredient:
 
2 pcs of mango meat 2 tbsp sugar
2 packs of mango jelly powder 400 ml hot water
100 ml evaporated milk 200 ml iced water


Cooking Method:
 
1. Blend mango meat and fridge
2. Mix sugar, jelly powder in hot water. Cool down
3. Add in mango meat, evaporated milk and iced water. Pour into pudding mould and fridge until firm


Mga Sangkap:
 
2 pirasong laman ng manga 2 kutsarang asukal
2 paketeng manggang pulbos na jelo 400 ml mainit na tubig
100 ml gatas 200 ml malamig na tubig


Paraan ng pagluluto:
 
1. Ilagay ang laman ng manga sa blender, i-blend at itabi
2. Ihalo ang asukal, pulbos na jelo sa mainit na tubig. Palamigin.
3. Idagdag and laman ng mangga, gatas at malamig na tubig. Ibuhos sa bandeha at palamigin hangang tumigas.


Bahan:
 
2 buah daging mangga 2 sdm gula
2 pak bubuk jelly rasa mangga 400 ml air panas
100 ml susu 200 ml air es


Cara Memasak:
 
1. Blender daging mangga dan masukkan dalam kulkas.
2. Campur gula dan bubuk jeli dengan air panas, Dinginkan.
3. Masukkan daging mangga, susu dan air es. Tuang kedalam cetakan pudding dan masukkan dalam kulkas hingga keras.
