香橙檸檬撻 - Orange and Lemon Tart
 
材料:
 
1 1/3杯 麵粉 1 1/3杯 糖粉
100克 杏仁糕 (切碎) 100克 凍牛油
2-3湯匙 凍水  


調味料:
 
餡料: 3/4杯 鮮橙汁
3/4杯 鮮檸檬汁 1/2杯 砂糖
1杯 淡忌廉 4隻 蛋黃
2隻 雞蛋  


做法:
 
1. 先將麵粉、糖粉、杏仁糕碎及凍牛油拌成粒狀,加入凍水再搓至變成麵糰
2. 將麵糰碾薄,放在撻模上,放上牛油紙,將砂糖及果汁放入煲內煮溶,然後冷卻 ; 將淡忌廉、蛋黃及雞蛋加入,用慢火加熱至糊狀,放入撻模,焗15-18分鐘,放涼後即成


Ingredient:

100 g almond puddings 100 g butter
2-3 tbsp iced water  


Seasoning:
 
Stuffing: 3/4 cup orange juice
3/4 cup lemon juice 1/2 cup sugar
1cup cream 4pcs egg yolk
2pcs egg  


Cooking Method:
 
1. Mix the flour, sugar powder, almond pudding and butter. Add in water to make the dough.
2. Roll the dough and place into the mould. Then, place onto the butter paper. Cook the sugar with the juices and cool down. Then, add cream, egg yolk and egg and cook in low heat. Pour it into the mould and bake for 15-18 minutes. Cool down and Ready to serve.


Mga Sangkap:
 
1 1/3 tasa arina 1 1/3 kutsarita asukal
100 gramo almond pudding (dinikdik) 100 gramo mantikilya
2-3 kutsaritang malamig na tubig  


Panimpla:
 
Palaman: 3/4 tasa katas ng orange
3/4 tasa katas ng lemon 1/2 tasa asukal
1 tasa krema 4 piraso pula ng itlog
2 piraso itlog  


Paraan ng pagluluto:
 
1. Haluin ang arina, asukal, almond pudding at mantikilya, lagyan ng tubig at imasa.
2. Irolyo ang monasa at ilagay sa mould. Pagkatapos, ilagaya butter paper. Iluto ang asukal at katas ng orange at lemon, palamigin. Ihalo ang krema, pula ng itlog at itlog at iluto sa mahinang apoy. Ilagay sa mould at ihurno ng 15 18 minuto. Palamigin at ihain.


Bahan:

1 gls cream 4 butir kuning telur
2 butir telur  


Cara Memasak:
 
1. Campur terigu, ggula, almond pudding dan mentega. Tambahkan air untuk membuat adonan.
2. Pipihkan adonan dan letakkan kedalam cetakkan. Kemudian, letakkan kacang diatasnya Rebus gula dengan jus dan dinginkan. Kemudian, masukkan cream, kuning telur dan telur dan taburi dengan kulit jeruk. Bake 15-18menit. Siap untuk disajikan.
