芝士蘑菇角 - Pastry with Mushroom and Cheese
 
材料:
 
6片 紙酥皮 1/2個切粒洋蔥
125克 切片蘑菇 75克 麗克塔芝士碎
75克 菲達芝士碎 適量 橄欖油


調味料:
 
少許鹽 少許胡椒粉


做法:
 
1. 以少許橄欖油爆香洋蔥粒,加入蘑菇片炒至乾身,再加入芝士碎拌勻成餡料
2. 每片紙酥皮橫切成長條狀,分別掃上一層橄欖油
3. 在紙酥皮放一湯匙餡料, 將其摺起成芝士蘑菇角
4. 在蘑菇角鬲塗上少量橄欖油,放入已預熱的焗爐中,以180度焗約15分鐘至金黃色香脆便可


Ingredient:
 
6 pcs fillo pastry 1/2 pc onion (chopped)
125 g button mushroom (sliced) 75 g ricotta cheese (chopped)
75 g feta cheese (chopped) some olive oil

Cooking Method:
 
1. Sautee the onion with olive oil. Then, add cheese as stuffing.
2. Cut each piece of fillo pastry into julienne. Then, brush on some olive oil.
3. Place one tbsp stuffing one end of the fillo pastry fold it as a triangle pastry.
4. Place the fillo pastry onto the oven paper. Brush on some olive oil and place in pre-heat oven and bake at 180oC for 15 minutes until crispy. Ready to serve.

6 piraso fillo pastry 1/2 piraso sibuyas (ginayat)
125 gramo button kabute (hiniwa) 75 gramo ricotta keso (ginayat)
75 gramo feta keso (ginayat) Kaunting olive oil

Paraan ng pagluluto:
 
1. Igisa ang sa olive oil ang sibuyas. Pagkatapos, isunod ang kabute. Dagdagan ng keso na pangpalaman.

Cara Memasak:
 
1. Tumis bawang bombai dengan mnyak zaitun. Kemudian masukkan jamur dan keju sebagai isi.
2. Potong masing-masing fillo pastry berbentuk panjang-panjang. Kemudian oleskan sedikit minyak zaitun.
3. Letakkan 1 sdm isi pada salah satu ujung pastry. Kemudain lipat pastri berbentuk persefitiga.
4. Letakkan fillo pastry diatas ketas panggang. Leskan sedikit minyak zaitun dan letakkan dalam oven yang telah panas dengan panas 180oc selama 15 menit hingga renyak. Siap untuk disajikan.
