炒菠蘿肉排 - Pork Chop with Pineapple
 
材料:
 
3件梅頭豬扒 2片菠蘿
1/4個洋蔥 1粒蒜頭(切片)


調味料:
 
1/4杯菠蘿汁 1湯匙喼汁
2湯匙茄汁 1/2茶匙鹽
1茶匙生粉  


醃料:
 
1茶匙喼汁 2茶匙生抽
1/2茶匙糖 1/2茶匙生粉


做法:
 
1. 將梅頭豬扒用刀背拍鬆,每件切成3至4小件,拌入醃料待10分鐘;蒜頭切片、菠蘿、洋蔥切角
2. 燒熱3湯匙油,放下豬扒煎至兩面金黃及熟透,取出
3. 剩1湯匙油爆炒蒜片、洋蔥及菠蘿,加入調味料煮滾,把豬扒放回汁內兜勻,即成


Ingredient:
 
3 pcs pork chop 2 slices pineapple
1/4 pc onion 1 pc garlic


Seasoning:
 
1/4 cup pineapple juice 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp tomato ketchup 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cornstarch  


Marinade:
 
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce 2 tsp light soy sauce
1/2 tsp sugar 1/2 tsp cornstarch


Cooking Method:
 
1. Slightly pound the pork chop until tender. Chop the pork chop into small pieces and mix with the Marinade for 10 minutes; Slice garlic, pineapple and onion into small pieces.
2. Heat up 3 tbsp of oil and fry the pork chop until golden brown. Set aside.
3. Leave 1 tbsp of oil and stir fry the garlic, onion and pineapple. Add in the seasonings and cook until boiled. Return the pork chop and stir fry evenly. Then serve.


Mga Sangkap:
 
3 pirasong karne ng baboy 2 hiwa ng pinya
1/4 pirasong sibuyas 1 pirasong bawang


Panimpla:
 
1/4 basong katas ng pinya 1 kutsarang Worcestershire Sarsa
2 kutsarang Katsup 1/2 kutsaritang asin
1 kutsaritang arinang mais  


Pambabad:
 
1 kutsaritang Worcestershire Sarsa 2 kutsaritang toyo
1/2 kutsaritang asukal 1/2 kutsaritang arinang mais


Paraan ng pagluluto:
 
1. Pukpukin ang karne ng baboy hanggang malambot, Ihiwa ng maliliit na piraso ang karneng baboy, ihalo sa pambabad ng 10 minuto. Ihiwa ang sibuyas, bawang at pinya ng maliliit na piraso.
2. Painitin ang 3 kutsarang mantika at iprito ang karneng baboy hanggang maluto. Itabi
3. Igisa ang bawang, sibuyas at pinya sa 1 kutsarang mantika, ihalo ang panimpla at iluto hanggang makulo, ihalo ang karneng baboy at ihalo maigi. Ihain.


Bahan:
 
3 potong daging babi 2 iris-tipis nanas
1/4 buah bawang bombai 1 buah bawang


Bumbu-Bumbu:
 
1/4 cangkir nanas jus 1 sdm Worcestershire Saus
2 sdm saus tomat 1/2 sdt garam
1 sdt tepung jagung  


Bumbu:
 
1 sdt Worcestershire Saus 2 sdt kecap asin
1/2 sdt gula 1/2 sdt tepung jagung


Cara Memasak:
 
1. Tumbuk daging bagi hingga lembut. Potong-potong daging babi dan campur bumbu merinet selama 10 menit. Potong iris-tipis bawang bombai, bawang dan nanas.
2. Panaskan 3 sdm minyak dan menggorent daging babi hingga masak.
3. Panaskan 1 sdm minyak, masukkan bawang, bawang bombai dan nanas. Campuran bumbu-bumbu dan masak hingga mendidih. Campuran daging babi dan aduk rata. Disajikan.
