回鍋肉 - Sautee Chili and Pork's Neck Meat
 
材料:
 
600 克豬頸肉 2 棵娃娃菜
1 隻紅辣椒 1 隻青辣椒


調味料:
 
1/2 茶匙雞粉 1 茶匙糖
1 茶匙生抽 2 茶匙老抽
少許 蠔油 少許 辣油


做法:
 
1. 將豬頸肉及娃娃菜切片,然後略炒待用。
2. 將紅辣椒及青辣椒,切粒。
3. 在1湯匙油爆香紅辣椒及青辣椒,加入豬頸肉、娃娃菜及調味料,炒至汁料收乾。


Ingredient:
 
600 g Pork's Neck Meat 2 stalks of Chinese Cabbage
1 pc of Red Chili Pepper 1 pc of Green Chili Pepper


Seasoning:
 
1/2 tsp Chicken Power 1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Soy Sauce 1 tsp Dark Soy Suace
Some Oyster Sauce Some Chili Oil


Cooking Method:
 
1. Slice Pork's Neck Meat and Chinese Cabbage into strips, cook in oil for awhile and set aside.
2. Diced Red Chili Pepper and Green Chili Pepper.
3. Saute Peppers in 1 tbsp oil, add in Pork's Neck Meat and Chinese Cabbage and Seasonings, Stir-well and cook until sauce dries up. Serve.


Mga Sangkap:
 
600 gramong Karneng Leeg ng Baboy 2 Tangkai ng Repolyong China
1 pirasong Pulang Sili 1 pirasong Berdeng Sili


Panimpla:
 
1/2 kutsaritang pulbong manok 1 kutsaritang asukal
1 kutsaritang toyo 1 kutsaritang itim na toyo
Kaunting sarsa ng Talaba Kaunting Maanghang na Mantika


Paraan ng pagluluto:
 
1. Ihiwa ng pahaba ang karneng leeg ng baboy at repolyo, iluto sandali sa kaunting mantika at itabi.
2. Ihiwa ng maliit na piraso ang mga sili
3. Igisa ang mga sili sa 1 kutsaratang manitka , i halo ang ibang sangkap at panimpla, ihalo maigi at iluto hanggang matuyo ang sarsa. Ihain.


Bahan:
 
600 gr Daging Babi Leher 2 batang Kubis Cina
1 buah Cabe Merah 1 buah Cabe Hijau


Bumbu-Bumbu:
 
1/2 sdt bedak ayam 1 sdt gula
1 sdt kecap asin 1 sdt kecap asin hitam
Sedikit Saus Tiram Sedikit Cabe Minyak


Cara Memasak:
 
1. Daging Babi Leher dan Kubis Cina potong panjang, masak dengan minyak dan tersisih.
2. Cabe Merah dan Cabe Hijau potong segi empat.
3. Panaskan 1 sdm minyak dan masukkan cabe merah dan cabe hijau, campuran Daging Babi, Kubis dan Bumbu-Bumbui, Adak Rata dan masak hingga saus menebal. Disajikan.
