魚香茄子 - Sautee Eggplant and Minced Pork
 
材料:
 
1 斤茄子 50 克免治豬肉


調味料:
 
1 茶匙雞粉 1 湯匙糖
1 茶匙生抽 1 茶匙老抽
2 湯匙鎮江醋 少許 辣椒油


做法:
 
1. 將茄子去皮,切片,放在油鍋炸熟,待用。
2. 燒熱1湯匙油,炒免治豬肉,加入調味料,炒香
3. 再加入茄子略炒,加少訏粟粉水,即成。


Ingredient:
 
1 Catty of Eggplant 50 gr Minced Pork


Seasoning:
 
1 tsp Chicken Powder 1 tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Soy Sauce 1 tsp Dark Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp Chin Kiang Vinegar Some Chili Oil


Cooking Method:
 
1. Peel Eggplant and slice into long strips, fry in oil until cooked. Set Aside
2. Heat 1 tbsp of oil, stir-fry minced pork, add in seasonings. Stir Well.
3. Add in eggplant, mix well and thicken sauce with some cornstarch water. Serve


Mga Sangkap:
 
1 Catty na Talong 50 gramong giniling na baboy


Panimpla:
 
1 kutsaritang pulbong manok 1 kutsarang asukal
1 kutsaritang toyo 1 kutsaritang toyo na itim
2 kutsarang chin kiang na suka Kaunting maanghang na mantika


Paraan ng pagluluto:
 
1. Balatan ang talong, ihiwa ng pahaba, iprito sandali sa mantika hanggang maluto. Itabi.
2. Igisa ang giniling na baboy sa 1 kutsarang mantika, ihalo ang mga panimpla. Ihalo maigi.
3. Ilagay ang talong, ihalo at palaputin ang sarsa ng kaunting may arinang mais na tubig, ihalo maigi at ihain.


Bahan:
 
1 Catty Terung 50 gr Daging Babi Cincang


Bumbu-Bumbu:
 
1 sdt Bedak Ayam 1 sdm Gula
1 sdt kecap asin 1 sdt kecap asin hitam
2 sdm chin kiang cuka Sedikit Cabe minyak


Cara Memasak:
 
1. Mengelupas terung dan potong panjang, masakkan sedikit minyak hingga masak. Tersisih.
2. Panaskan 1 sdm minyak, masukkan daging babi cincang, campuran bumbu-bumbu. Membaur dengan baik.
3. Masukkan terung, dan aduk rata, campuran tepung jagung air hingga saus menebal. Disajikan
