海鮮炒麥拉麵 - Sautee Seafood Wheat Noodle
 
材料:
 
240克麥拉麵 80克帶子
80克鮮蝦仁 少許荀片
少許薑碎  


調味料:
 
1湯匙生抽 1/2湯匙老抽
2湯匙上湯  


做法:
 
1. 將荀片, 帶子及蝦仁用熱水略浸, 撈起備用
2. 將麥拉麵用熱水灼熟, 過冷河, 瀝乾
3. 燒熱少許橄欖油爆香薑碎, 加入帶子, 蝦仁, 荀片及調味料炒勻. 加入麥拉麵, 拌炒至汁略收乾即可.


Ingredient:
 
240 g Wheat Noodle 80 g scallops
80 g shrimp Some bamboo shoots
Some minced ginger  


Seasoning:
 
1 tbsp of soy sauce 1/2 tbsp of dark soy sauce
2 tbsp of stock  


Cooking Method:
 
1. Poach bamboo, scallops and shrimps. Drain and Set aside
2. Poach Wheat noddles, Cool down noodles with ice water and drain.
3. Heat some olive oil to sautee ginger, add in scallop, shrimp, bamboo shoots and seasonings. Add in wheat noodles. Fry until sauce become dry.


Mga Sangkap:
 
240 g wheat noodle 80 g scallop
80 g hipon Kaunting labong
Kaunting ginayat na luya  


Panimpla:
 
1 kutsarang toyo 1/2 kutsarang maitim na toyo
2 kutsarang sabaw  


Paraan ng pagluluto:
 
1. Pakuluan ang labong, Ibabad ang hipon at scallop. Patiktikin at itabi.
2. Pakuluan ang wheat noodle, palamigin ang wheat noodle sa malamig na tubig. Itabi
3. Painitin ang kaunting olive oil. At igisa ang luya, Isunod ang ilagay ang scallop, hipon, labong at panimpla. At ihalo ang wheat noodle, Igisa hanggang matuyo ang sarsa.


Bahan:
 
240 gr wheat noodle 80 gr scallop
80 gr udang Rebung secukupnya
Jahe cincang secukupnya  


Bumbu-Bumbu:
 
1 sdm kecap asin 1/2 sdm kecap hitam
2 sdm kaldu  


Cara Memasak:
 
1. Rebus rebung, Rendam scallop dan udang. Tiriskan dan sisihkan
2. Rebus sebentar mie, Dinginkan dalam air es. Tiriskan dan sisihkan.
3. Panaskan sedikti minyak zaitun untuk menumis jahe. Kemudian. Masukkan scallop, udang, rebung dan bumbu-bumbu. Kemudian masukkan mie. Gorent hingga saus berkurang.
