奇異果炒牛柳絲 - Sauteed Shredded Beef with Kiwi
 
材料:
 
2個奇異果 200克牛柳絲
1隻紅椒絲 1/2 茶匙蒜茸
1/2 茶匙薑茸  


醃料:
 
1茶匙雞粉 1茶匙生粉
1/2 茶匙糖 1湯匙清水
1茶匙生粉 少許胡椒粉


做法:
 
1. 將奇異果去皮,切片,備用。將牛柳絲加入醃料拌勻,醃約1小時。
2. 用少許油起鑊,以大火將牛柳絲炒至轉色,盛起候用。
3. 燒熱2湯匙油,爆香薑茸、紅椒、蒜茸,炒勻後,加入牛柳絲和已浸過熱水的奇異果炒勻上碟,即可供食。


Ingredient:
 
2 pcs kiwi 200g shredded beef
1pc shredded red chilli 1/2 tsp chopped garlic
1/2 tsp chopped ginger  


Marinade:
 
1 tsp chicken powder 1 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp sugar 1 tbsp water
1 tsp corn starch some pepper


Cooking Method:
 
1. Peel the skin of kiwi. Then, slice. Marinate the beef with marinade for 1 hour.
2. Sautee the beef with oil in high heat until the colour turns. Set aside.
3. Heat 2 tbsp oil to sautee ginger paste, chilli and garlic. Then, put back the beef and kiwi. Place on dish and ready to serve.


Mga Sangkap:
 
2 pirasong kiwi 200 gramo hinimay na baka
1 pirasong hinimay na pulang sili 1/2 kutsaritang pasting bawang
1/2 kutsaritang pasting luya  


Pambabad:
 
1 kutsaritang publos na manok 1 kutsaritang toyo
1/2 kutsaritang asukal 1 kutsaritang tubig
1 kutsaritang arinang mais kaunting paminta


Paraan ng pagluluto:
 
1. Balatan ang Kiwi, Tapos, hiwain.Ibabad ang baka ng pambabad ng 1 oras.
2. Igisa ang baka sa mantika sa malakas na apoy hanggang mag-iba ang kulay. Itabi.
3. Mag-init ng 2 kutsarang mantika para igisa ang luya, sili at bawang. Tapos, ibaik ang baka at Kiwi. ILagay sa plato at handa ng ihain.


Bahan:
 
2 buah kiwi 200 gr daging sapi potong panjang-panjang
1 biji cabe merah, potong panjang-panjang 1/2 sdt pasta bawang putih
1/2 sdt pasta jahe  


Bumbu:
 
1 sdt chicken powder 1 sdt kecap asin
1/2 sdt gula 1 sdm air
1 sdt tepung sagu Sedikit lada


Cara Memasak:
 
1. Kupas kiwi, Kemudian, iris tipis-tipis. Campur daging sapi dengan bumbu-bumbu dan biarkan meresap selama 1 jam.
2. Tumis daging sapi dengan minyak dengan panas tinggi hingga warna berubah. Sisihkan.
3. Panaskan 2 sdm minyak untuk menumis pasta jahe, cabe san bawang putih. Kemudian, masukkan taoge, Kemudian, masukkan kembali daging sapid an kiwi. Letakkan diatas piring dan siap untuk disajikan.
