茄汁海鮮意粉 - Seafood Pasta in Tomato Sauce
 
材料:
 
100克蝦仁 80克帶子
80克意粉 2湯匙乾荵碎
1/2個切粒蕃茄  


調味料:
 
4湯匙蕃伽醬 3湯匙沙律醬
1/2茶匙鹽 1/4茶匙胡椒粉


做法:
 
1. 將蝦仁及帶子用1/2茶匙鹽,1/4茶匙胡椒粉及檸檬汁醃
2. 煲滾水放入少許鹽, 加入意粉. 留於1杯水備用
3. 燒熱橄欖油. 炒香乾荵碎及蕃茄, 再加意粉, 調味料及意粉水. 放在碟上
4. 燒熱橄欖油, 將海鮮煮熟. 撈起放上意粉上


Ingredient:
 
100g shelled shrimp 80 g of scallop
80 g spaghetti 2 tbsp of diced shallot
1/2 pc of diced tomato  


Seasoning:
 
4 tbsp ketchup 3 tbsp of mayonnaise
1/2 tsp of salt 1/4 tsp of pepper


Cooking Method:
 
1. Marinade shrimps and scallop with 1/2 tsp of salt, 1/4 tsp of pepper and 1/4tsp of lemon juice.
2. Cook pasta in boiling water with salt. Drain and reserve a cup of cooking water.
3. Heat olive oil to sauté shallot and tomato. Cook for awhile and add in pasta and seasonings and cup of cooking water. Put on a plate
4. Heat olive oil and sauté shrimp and scallop until done. Add to pasta and serve


Mga Sangkap:
 
100 gramo balatan hipon 80 gramo scallop
80 gramong pasta 2 kutsarang pinong sibuyas tagalog
1/2 pirasong kamatis  


Panimpla:
 
4 kustsarang ketchup 3 kutsarang mayonnaise
1/2 kutsaritang asin 1/4 kutsaritang paminta


Paraan ng pagluluto:
 
1. Ibabad ang hipon at scallop sa tag kalahating kutsarita ng asin, paminta at katas ng lemon.
2. Iluto ang pasta sa pinakuluang tubig at asin hanggang maluto. Itabi ang isang baso na tubig(niluto ng pasta)
3. Painit ng Olive oil at igisa ang sibuyas tagalong at kamatis. Idagdag ang pasta, mga sarsa at isang basong tubig. At ilagay sa plato
4. Painit ng Olive oil at Iluto ang hipon at scallop hanggang maluto. Ilagay sa ibabaw ng pasta at ihain.


Bahan:
 
100 gr udang yant telah dikupas 80 g scallop
80 gr pasta (spaghetti) 2 sdm bawang merah
1/2 tomat, potong dadu  


Bumbu-Bumbu:
 
4 sdm saus tomat 3 sdm mayonnaise
1/2 sdt garam 1/4 sdt lada


Cara Memasak:
 
1. Bumbui udang dan scallop dengan 1/2 sdt garam, 1/4 sdt lada, 1/4 sdt air perasan lemon.
2. Masak Pasta dalam pan yang besar dengan air mendidih dengan sedikit garam hingga empuk. Tiriskan Sisihkan sedikit airnya
3. Panaskan minyak zaitun diatas api sedang Tumis bawang merah. Masukkan tomat dan masak sebentar. Masukkan pasta, bumbu-bumbu dan sedikit air matang. Taruhnya dibedahkan piring
4. Panaskan minyak zaitun pada pan yang lain. Tumis udang dan scallop hingga matang. Letakkan Seafood dan pasta. Sajikan
