無花果蘋果木瓜豬月展湯 - Soup with Figs, Apple, Papaya and Pork Loin
 
材料:
 
5粒無花果 2粒蜜棗
2個蘋果 1個木瓜
600克豬展 3片薑


做法:
 
1. 將豬展洗淨,放入滾水中飛水,後再洗淨,瀝乾,候用。
2. 將木瓜去皮去籽,切件,蘋果去核,切件,無花果略剪開,蜜棗沖水,備用。
3. 把所有材料放入煲內加入適量清水,煮滾後,轉中火煲約2小時,加入少許鹽調味,即可供飲用。

600g pork loin 3 slices of ginger


Cooking Method:

Mga Sangkap:

2 pirasong mansanas 1 pirasong papaya
600 gramo pigi ng baboy 3 hiwa ng luya


Paraan ng pagluluto:
 
1. Hugasan ang pigi ng baboy at pakuluan. Tapos, hugasan at patuyuin.
2. Balatan at alisin ang buto ng papaya, alisin ang tangkay ng mansanas at ihiwa ng maliliit na piraso. Putol-putulin ang igos at hugasan ang honey dates. Itabi
3. Ilagay ang lahat ng mga sangkap sa kaldero at lagyan ng katam-tamang tubig. Pakuluan sa malakas na apoy hanggang makulo, Ilipat sa katamtamang apoy at iluto ng 2 oras. Timplahan ng asin at handing ihain.


Bahan:
 
5 butir fig(mo fa two) 2 butir kurma kering
2 buah apel 1 buah papaya
600 gr daging babi tanpa lemak 3 iris jahe


Cara Memasak:
 
1. Cuci daging babi dan rebus sebentar. Cuci dan tiriskan.
2. Kupas papaya dan buang bijinya dan potong kotak. Angkat apel tangkai dan potong kotak. Potong fig. Cuci kurma. Sisihikan.
3. Masukkan semua bahan kedalam periuk dan tambahkan air. Didihkan dengan api besar hingga mendidih. Kemudian kecilkan api pada api sedang fan rebus selama 2 jam. Tambahkan garam dan siap untuk disajikan.
