香辣炒雜菌 - Sweet and Spicy Mushrooms
 
材料:
 
10 隻蘑菇 8 隻冬菇
1/2 盒秀珍菇 1 束金菇
1/2 洋荵  


調味料:
 
4 湯匙燒烤汁 2 湯匙白酒
1 湯匙黑胡椒 1/2 茶匙鹽


做法:
 
1. 將蘑菇切片;冬菇及洋荵切絲;金菇剪去根;全洗淨
2. 燒熱2湯匙油,加入洋荵粒炒至軟身
3. 加入菌類,略炒,加入調味料,煮至汁料收乾


Ingredient:
 
10 pcs of button mushrooms 8 pcs of black mushrooms
1/2 pack of hsui tseng mushroom 1 bunch golden mushroom
1/2 pc of shredded onion  


Seasoning:
 
4 tbsp grilling sauce 2 tbsp white wine
1 tbsp black pepper 1/2 tsp salt


Cooking Method:
 
1. Slice button mushroom; shred black mushroom and onions; remove stem of golden mushroom; rinse all and drain.
2. Saute onions in 2 tbsp oil until soft
3. Add in all mushrooms, stir well, add in seasonings, cook until sauce dries up. Serve


Mga Sangkap:
 
10 pirasong kabuteng butones 8 priasong sariwang kabute
1/2 pakete na kabuteng hsui tseng 1 pumpon na ginintuang kabute
1/2 pirasong sibuyas bombai  


Panimpla:
 
4 kutsarang sarsa ng pang grill 2 kutsarang puting alak
1 kutsarang maitim na paminta 1/2 kutsaritang asin


Paraan ng pagluluto:
 
1. Ihiwa ang kabuteng butones; ihiwa ng pahaba ang sariwang kabute at sibuyas bombai; alisin ang buntot ng ginintuang kabute; hugasan ang lahat ng kabute at patuyuin.
2. Igisa ang sibuyas bombai sa 2 kutsarang mantika, iluto hanggang malambot.
3. Ihalo ang lahat ng mga sangkap at panimpla, iluto hanggang maging tuyo ang sarsa. Ihain.


Bahan:
 
10 biji jamur kancing 8 jamur hitam segar
1/2 pak jamur hsui tseng 1 pak jamur emas
1/2 bawang bombai  


Bumbu-Bumbu:
 
4 sdm grilling sauce 2 sdm arak putih
1 sdm lada hitam 1/2 sdt garam


Cara Memasak:
 
1. Potong iris tipis jamur kancing; potong panjang jamur hitam dan bawang bombai; potong tangkai jamur emas, cuci semua dan tiriskan
2. Panaskan 2 sdm minyak, menggoreng bawang bombai hingga layu
3. Masukkan semua bahan, campuran, masukkan bumbu-bumbu, goreng hingga saus tiriskan. Disajikan
