吞拿魚多士 - Tuna Toast
 
材料:
 
3片白方麵包 適量鮮吞拿魚
各適量沙律醬  


做法:
 
1. 將方包去皮,放入熱油中炸至金黃,撈起,放吸油紙上吸去多餘油分每片切成4小方塊
2. 吞拿魚及沙律醬拌勻,以油炸小方塊夾成碎吞拿魚多士


Ingredient:
 
3 pieces white bread Some chopped tuna
Some mayonnaise  


Cooking Method:
 
1. Remove the skin of bread and deep-fry in oil until golden brown. Remove and absorb the excess water. Cut each bread info 4 pieces.
2. Mix the chopped tuna with mayonnaise. Place the tuna in between the bread and deep-fry.


Mga Sangkap:
 
3 piraso puting tinapay Kaunting ginayat na tuna
Kaunting mayonnaise  


Paraan ng pagluluto:
 
1. Balatan ang tinapay at ipritong-lubog sa mainit na mantika hang-gang magkulay ng gin-tong brown. hanguin at patiktikin ang sobrang mantika. Hiwain ang tinapay sa apat na piraso.
2. Haluin ang ginayat na tuna at mayonnaise. Ilagay sa gitna ng tinapay ang tuna at ipritong-lubog.


Bahan:
 
3 lember roti tawar Ikan tuna cincang secukupnya
Secukupnya Mayonnaise  


Cara Memasak:
 
1. Potong kulit roti dan goring dengan minyak banyak hingga coklat keemasan. Angkat dan tiriskan dari minyak. Potong masing-mising roti menjadi 4 potong.
2. Campur ikan tuna dan mayonnaise. Letakkan ikan tuna diantara roti dan goreng.
