甘筍麥餅 - Whole Wheat Carrot Cake
 
材料:
 
80克 全麥麵粉 170克 甘筍茸
50 克 雞蛋液 80 克 糖
2.5 克 發粉 64克 菜油


做法:
 
1. 將雞蛋、糖打至發起,加入全麥麵粉及發粉攪勻
2. 加入甘筍茸攪勻,最後放入菜油
3. 將粉糰放進所需形狀模中,然後放入焗爐以180度火,焗22分鐘至金黃


Ingredient:
 
80 g whole wheat flour 170 g carrots puree
50 g egg 80 g sugar
2.5 g baking powder 64 g vegetable oil


Cooking Method:
 
1. Whisk the egg and sugar until stiff, than add the whole wheat flour & baking powder mix together.
2. Add the carrots puree to mix, than add the vegetable oil.
3. Put it in the mould. Then put into the oven at 180oc for 22 minutes until golden brown.


Mga Sangkap:
 
80 gramo trigong buo na arina 170 gramo puring karot
50 gramo itlog 80 gramo asukal
2.5 gramo baking pwder 64 gramo mantikang gulay


Paraan ng pagluluto:
 
1. Batiin ang itlog at asukal hanggang tumigas, tapos idagdag ang arinang trigong buo at baking powder. Haluin.
2. Idagdag ang purong karot para mahalo, tapos idagdag ang mantikang gulay.
3. Ilagay sa hulmaan. Tapos, ilagay sa humo sa 180oc ng 22 minutos hanggang maging ginintuang kayumanggi.


Bahan:
 
80 gr whole wheat flour 170 gr carrot puree (wortel parut)
50 gr telur 80 gr gula
2.5 gr baking powder 64 gr minyak sayur


Cara Memasak:
 
1. Kocok telur dengan gula hingga berbuih, kemudian tambahkan whole wheat flour dan baking powder aduk bersama-sama.
2. Masukkan wortel kedalam adonan, kemudian masukkan minyak sayur.
3. Masukkan kedalam cetakan. Kemudian masukkan kedalam oven dengan panas 180oc dan panggang selama 22 menit hingga kuning kecoklatan.
