乳酪凍糕 - Yogurt Pudding
 
材料:
 
250 毫升鮮奶 250 毫升原味酸乳酪
2 湯匙砂糖 1/2 茶匙香油精
1 茶匙魚膠粉 2 湯匙清水


做法:
 
1. 將魚膠粉輕輕灑在清水讓其浸透﹐ 放置5分鐘備用
2. 鮮奶與砂糖放大碗內﹐放入微波爐以中溫加熱2分鐘﹐拌入後加魚膠粉溶液﹐香油精及酸乳酪充分攪勻﹐ 分放小碗內入雪櫃冷藏3小時至凝固


Ingredient:
 
250 ml Milk 250 ml Plain Yogurt
2 tbsp Sugar 1/2 tsp Vanilla essence
2 tsp gelatin powder 2 tbsp water


Cooking Method:
 
1. Sprinkle the gelatin over water & let it stand for 5 minutes.
2. Mix the milk and sugar in a large bowl. Let it heat inside microwave oven over medium power for 2 minutes. Stir in the gelatin, vanilla & yogurt to mix well. Divide the mixture into custard cups & let them chill in refrigerator for 3 hours until set.


Mga Sangkap:
 
250 ml gatas 250 ml plain yogurt
2 kutsara asukal 1/2 kutsarang vanilla essence
1/2 kutsaritang gelatin powder 2 kutsara tubig


Paraan ng pagluluto:
 
1. Budburan ng gelatin sa ibabaw ng tubig at hayaan ng 5 minuto
2. Haluin ang gatas at asukal sa malaking mang-kok. Ipainit sa microwave oven ng katamtamang init ng 2 minutos. Haluin ang gelatin,. Vanilla at yogurt haluin maigi. Ilagay sa custard cups at ipalamig sa refrigerator ng 3 minutos.


Bahan:
 
250 ml susu 250 gr plain yogurt
1/2 sdt essence Vqnila 2 sdm gula
2 sdt bubuk agar-agar 2 sdm air


Cara Memasak:
 
1. Taburkan bubuk agar-agar diatas air dan biarkan selama 5 menit
2. Campur susu dan gula dalam mangkok yang besar. Kemudian panaskan dalam microwave pada panas sedang selama 2 menit. Masukkan bubuk agar-agar, vanilla dan yogurt, aduk rata. Bagi adonan dalam gelas kustar dan dinginkan dalam kulkas selama 3 jam hingga beku.
