高纖鬆餅 - High Fiber Muffin
 
材料:
 
3/4杯麵粉 1隻雞蛋
1/4杯鮮奶 3湯匙植物油
3湯匙糖 1茶匙泡打粉
3湯匙早餐麥片 少許乾果及果仁


做法:
 
1. 將麵粉篩勻,與上述材料略加拌勻後,搓成濕粉糰
2. 把粉糰放入盤內,放入爐以高溫加熱2至4分鐘,待其稍涼冷即可享用


Ingredient:
 
3/4 cup flour 1 pc egg
1/4 cup milk 3 tbsp vegetable oil
3 tbsp sugar 1 tsp baking powder
3 tbsp breakfast cereal A dash dried fruit & chopped nuts


Cooking Method:
 
1. Sieve flour and mix the ingredients slightly into moist dough.
2. Put the batter into a pan & heat on high power for 2 to 4 minutes until done. Cool slightly before serving.


Mga Sangkap:
 
3/4 tsa ng arina 1 pirasong itlog
1/4 tasang gatas 3 kutsarang mantikang gulay
3 kutsarang asukal 1 kutsaritang bking powder
3 kutsarang breakfast cereal kaunting tuyong prutas at tinadtad na nuts


Paraan ng pagluluto:
 
1. Salain ang arina, bahagyang haluin ang mga sangkap hanggang malapot
2. Ilagay sa baking cups, painitin ng 2-4 hanggang maluto. Palamigin at ihain.


Bahan:
 
3/4 gls terigu 1 telur
1/4 gls susu 3 sdm minyak sayur
3 sdm gula 1 sdt baking powder
3 sdm cereal sedikit buah-buahan kering
sedikit kacang cincang kasar  


Cara Memasak:
 
1. Perlahan campur bahan-bahan hingga menjadi adonan.
2. Bagi adonan mangkok yang sama rata dan panaskan dalam microwave dengan panas tinggi selama 2-4 menit hingga matang. Dinginkan sebelum disajikan.
