自製意大利薄餅 - Homemade Pizza
 
材料:
 
1 個青椒 1 罐菠蘿粒
2 個番茄 3/2 茶匙發粉
2 隻雞脾肉 1 碗芝士碎
3/2 碗麵粉 適量茄醬


醃料:
 
1 茶匙生抽 1 茶匙鹽
1 茶匙糖 1 茶匙胡椒粉


做法:
 
1. 鮮雞脾去皮起骨切粒,以醃料拌勻,然後煎熟盛起備用。
2. 將番茄切薄片,連同罐頭菠蘿片以廚房厚紙吸乾水份;青椒切成幼條。
3. 將麵粉和發粉混合一起篩入大碗,加入一碗水,拌勻成麵漿,靜置十五分鐘讓發酵。
4. 在平底鑊中加入牛油,把麵漿倒入,把表面掃平,然後轉中火,煎至薄餅面起泡泡氣孔。
5. 塗上適量茄醬再將芝士碎鋪上,及其他等餡料,最後再在表面撒上芝士碎。把鑊蓋蓋上,收至小火煎焗約八分鐘至十分鐘,至餅底金黃,芝士溶掉即可。


Ingredient:

Marinade:
 
1 tsp soy sauce 1 tsp salt

Cooking Method:

4. Use a flat pan, heat some butter, pour in flour mixture and sweep flat, turn to medium heat and fry until you see the bubblesfrom the mixture.
5. Spread some tomato paste on top, sprinkle grated cheese, arrange the other ingredients on top and finally sprinkle some more grated cheese.Cover up and bake-fry for about 8-10 minutes in low heat, until the bottom of the pizza turns golden brown and cheese melted. Serve


Mga Sangkap:
 
1 pirasong berdeng sili 1 latang chunks ng Pinya
2 pirasong kamatis 3/2 kutsaritang baking powder
2 pirasong paa ng manok 1 basong grated na keso
3/2 tasang gawgaw Kaunting Pasta na kamatis


Pambabad:
 
1 kutsaritang toyo 1 kutsaritang asin
1 kutsaritang asukal 1 kutsaritang paminta


Paraan ng pagluluto:
 
1. Balatan at alisin ang buto ng paa ng manok, ihiwa ng maliliit na piraso ang karne, ihalo ng pambabad at iprito hanggang maluto.Itabi
2. Hugasan ang kamatis, pinya at berdeng sili, punasan ang natirang tubig, ihiwa ng manipis nipis ang kamatis at pahaba ang berdeng sili.
3. Salain ang baking powder at gawgaw, haluin ng 1 tasang tubig hanggang malagkit, itabi ng 15 minuto.

Bahan:
 
1 buah cabe hijau 1 apakah potongan nanas
2 buah tomat 3/2 sdt soda roti
2 ayam kaki 1 cangkir memarut keju
3/2 mangkuk tepung Sedikit Adonan Tomat


Bumbu:
 
1 sdt kecap asin 1 sdt garam
1 sdt gula 1 sdt lada


Cara Memasak:
 
1. Dikuliti dan ditulangi kaki ayam, potong-kotak, campuran merinet bumbui, mengorreng sedikit minyak hingga masak. tersisih.
2. Mencuci tomat, nanas dan cabe hijau, seka air kelebihan dan potong iris tipis tomat dan cabe hijau.
3. Menyaring soda roti dan tepung, campuran dengan 1 mangkuk air hingga tebal dan terisish selama 15 menit.
4. Pakai sebuah panci datar, panaskan mentega, Mengalir di campuran dan menyapu datar, berubah menjadi panas sedang dan goreng sampai anda melihat gelembung dari campuran.
5. Menyebarkan beberapa adonan tomat di atas, tetesan memarut keju, mengatur bahan lain di atas dan akhirnya tetesan beberapa keju parut lagi. Tindakan menutup dan memanggang-goreng selama sekitar 8-10 menit pada panas rendah , sampai dasar pizza menjadi keemasan coklat dan keju mencair. Disajikan.
