蠔豉排骨湯 - Dried Oyster and Spare Ribs Soup
 
材料:
 
600克排骨 80克蠔豉
60克枝竹 150克甘筍
18粒馬碲 3片薑
1條粟米  


做法:
 
1. 將排骨飛水,洗淨,瀝乾;枝竹,浸軟,沖淨,切段
2. 浸軟蠔豉,擦洗淨,瀝乾水份,待用
3. 將甘筍和馬碲分別去皮,洗淨;甘筍切滾刀塊,候用
4. 將上項各材料放入湯煲中,注入適量清水,煲至滾,改用中小火煲至材料稔及濃湯,以適量鹽調味,即可趁熱供飲用


Ingredient:
 
600g spare rib 80g dried oyster
150g carrot 60g deep-fried beancurd skin
3 pcs ginger 18 pcs water chestnut
1 pc sweet corn  


Cooking Method:
 
1. Boil the spare ribs and rinse. Soak the deep-fried beancurd skin and rinse. Chop into pieces.
2. Soak the dried oysters and rinse. Drain and set aside.
3. Peel the skin of carrot and water chestnut and rinse. Chop the carrot into pieces.
4. Place all ingredients in the big pot. Then, add in water and boil until turn to boiling point. Turn to low medium heat and boil until the ingredients soften. Add salt and ready to serve.


Mga Sangkap:
 
600 gramo tadyang 80 gramo tuyong talaba
150 gramo karot 60 gramo pritong-lubog balat ng tokwa
3 pirasong luya 18 pirasong water chestnut
1 pirasong matamis na mais  


Paraan ng pagluluto:
 
1. Pakuluan ang tadyang at hugasan, Ibabad ang balat ng tokwa at hugasan. Hiwain ng piraso.
2. Ibabad ang tuyong talaba at hugasan. Patuyuin at itabi.
3. Balatan ang karot at water chestnut at hugasan. Tadtarin ang karot.
4. IIagay ang Iahat na mga sangkap sa kaserola. Tapos, idagdag ang tubig at pakuluin. IIagay sa katamtaman ang apoy at pakuluan hanggang sa lumambot ang mga sangkap. Panimplahan ng asin ay handa ng ihain


Bahan:
 
600gr daging iga babi 80gr tiram kering
150gr wortel 60gr kulit kembang tahu goreng
3 iris jahe 18 biji water chestnut (tike)
1 batang kagung  


Cara Memasak:
 
1. Rebus sebentar daging iga babi dan cuci hingga bersih. Rendam kulit kembang tahu dan cuci. Potong.
2. Rendam tiram kering dan cuci. Tiriskan dan sisihkan.
3. Kupas wortel dan water chestnut dan cuci. Potong wortel.
4. Letakkan semua bahan kedalam panic besar. Kemudian tambahkan air dan rebus hingga mendidih. Kecikan api dan rebus hingga bahan empuk. Tambahkan garam dan sajikan.
