鮮蜆天使麵 - Angel Hair Pasta with Clams
 
材料:
 
12 隻大蜆 100克天使麵
15片蒜片 1湯匙蒜茸
少許辣椒乾 少許白酒
少許橄欖油  


做法:
 
1. 用滾水放入少許鹽及橄欖油, 然後放入天使麵約2分鐘, 隔水後拌入橄欖油.
2. 用橄欖油把蒜片煎香, 再加入蒜茸, 辣椒乾爆香
3. 加入大蜆及白酒, 煮至大蜆殼開口, 大蜆放在碟上,再把天使麵及蒜片連汁煮一會, 上碟便可


Ingredient:
 
12 pcs of clams 100 gr of Angel Hair Pasta
15 pcs of garlic slices 1 tbsp of garlic paste
some dried pepper some white wine
some olive oil  


Cooking Method:
 
1. Poach angel hair pasta for 2 minutes with water, salt and some olive oil. Drain and mix well with olive oil.
2. Pan-fry garlic slices with olive oil, add in garlic paste and dried pepper
3. Add in clams and white wine, cooked until clams done. Put clams in plate. Cook angel hair pasta in clam sauce. Place on top of clams to serve.


Mga Sangkap:
 
12 pirasong kabebe 100 gramo pasta (angel hair)
15 pirasong hiniwang bawang 1 kutsarang pastang bawang
Kauting paminta Kaunting puti na alak
Kaunting olive oil  


Paraan ng pagluluto:
 
1. Pakuluan ang pasta ng 2 minuto, lagyan ng asin at kaunting olive oil. Pakuluin hanggang maluto at alisin sa tubig. Haluan ng kaunting olive oil at itabi
2. Iprito ang hiniwang bawang sa olive oil. Ilagay ang pastang bawang at paminta
3. Ihalo ang kabebe at puting alak, iluto hanggang maluto ang kabebe. Ilagay ang lahat ng kabebe sa plato, Iluto ang pasta sa sarsa ng kabebe. At Ihain.


Bahan:
 
12 biji remih 100 gr angel hair
15 siung bawang putih iris tipis-tipis 1 sdm pata bawang putih
sedikit cabe kering sedikit arak putih
sedikit minyak zaitun  


Cara Memasak:
 
1. Rebus angel hair selama 2 menit dengan air, faram dan minyak zaitun. Tiriskan dan campur dengan sedikit minyak zaitun.
2. Goreng bawang putih dengan sedikit minyak zaitun. Kemudian masukkan pasta bawang putih dan cabe kering.
3. Kemudian masukkan remih dan arak putih dan masak hingga remih matang. Letakkan semua remih diatas piring. Masak angel hair dengan saus remih. Letakkan diatas piring
