香菇鮮蝦湯 - Soup with Shrimps and Mushroom
 
材料:
 
150克鮮蝦肉 50 克香菇
1隻雞蛋 100毫升清雞湯


調味料:
 
1茶匙生粉 1湯匙蛋白
1茶匙麻油 少許鹽
少許胡椒粉  


做法:
 
1. 將鮮蝦肉去腸,洗淨,吸乾水份,加調味料拌勻
2. 將香菇浸軟去蒂,切片,撈起留用
3. 將雞上湯煮滾,放入鮮蝦肉和香菇煮滾後, 將蛋汁加入攪勻即可供飲用


Ingredient:
 
150 g shelled fresh shrimp 50 g mushroom
1 pc egg 100ml chicken stock


Seasoning:
 
1 tsp flour 1 tbsp egg white
1 tsp sesame oil Some salt
Some Pepper  


Cooking Method:
 
1. Remove the intestine of the shrimp. Rinse and absorb the water. Mix with seasonings.
2. Remove stalks form mushroom and cut them into slice. Poach the mushrooms and set aside.
3. Boil the chicken stock. Then, add in shrimp, mushrooms, finally, add in egg mixture and ready to serve.


Mga Sangkap:
 
150 gramo nabalatan na sariwang hipon 50 gramo dayaming kabute
1 pirasong itlog 1 litrong sabaw ng manok


Panimpla:
 
1 kutsaritang arina 1 kutsarang puti ng itlog
1 kutsaritang sesame oil Kaunting asin
Kaunting Paminta  


Paraan ng pagluluto:
 
1. Alisin ang bituka ng hipon. hugasan at ipasipsip ang tubig. Ihalo sa panimpla.
2. Tanggalan ng tangkay ng kabute at hiwain. Pakuluan ang mga kabute at itabi.
3. Pakuluin ang sabaw ng manok. Tapos, ihalo ang hipon, mga kabute. Panghuli, idagdag ang hinalaong itloga at handa ng ihain.


Bahan:
 
150 gr udang 50 gr jamur
1 butir telur 100ml kaldu ayam


Bumbu-Bumbu:
 
Garam secukupnya Lada secukupnya
1 sdt tepung 1 sdm putih telur
1 sdt minyak wijen  


Cara Memasak:
 
1. Bersihkan lender udang. Cuci dan tiriskan. Campur dengan bumbu.
2. Potong pangkal jamur dan iris tipis. Siangi jamur dan sisihkan.
3. Rebus kaldu. Kemudian masukkan udang dan jamur. Terskhir, masukkan adonan telur dan siap untuk disajikan.
