白汁海鮮焗飯 - Baked Seafood Rice
 
材料:
 
2湯匙橄欖油 8隻鮮蝦
8粒帶子 1/2杯熟蟹肉
1/2杯青椒粒 1/2杯紅椒粒
1/2杯洋荵粒 3粒蘑菇
2碗白飯 2湯匙白酒
2湯匙芝士粉  


調味料:
 
1杯白忌廉 少許鹽
少許胡椒粉  


做法:
 
1. 將海鮮飛水, 瀝乾
2. 燒熱橄欖油, 炒香洋荵粒, 青椒粒, 紅椒粒, 蘑菇. 加入海鮮, 白酒及調味料. 煮滾後, 淋上白飯, 灑上芝士粉
3. 將海仙飯放入已預熱焗爐, 焗10分鐘或至金黃色


Ingredient:
 
2 tbsp of olive oil 8 pcs of shrimp
8 pcs of scallop 1/2 cup of crab meat
1/2 diced green bell pepper 1/2 diced red bell pepper
1/2 cups of diced onions 3 pcs of button mushroom
2 bowls of rice 2 tbsp of white wine
2 tbsp of grated cheese  


Seasoning:
 
1 cup of cream sauce Some salt
Some Pepper  


Cooking Method:
 
1. Poach all seafood and drain
2. Heat olive oil to sautee onion, bell peppers and mushroom. Add in seafood, white wine and seasonings until boil. Pour over rice and sprinkle with grated cheese
3. Place in pre-heat oven and heat for 10 minutes or until it turns golden brown.


Mga Sangkap:
 
2 kutsarang olive oil 8 pirasong hipon
8 pirasong scallop 1/2 tasang laman ng alimango
1/2 tasang ginayat na berdeng sili 1/2 tasang ginayat na pulang sili
1/2 tasang ginayat na bombai 3 pirasong button kabute
2 tasang kanin 2 kutsarang puting alak
2 kutsarang kesong pulbo  


Panimpla:
 
1 tasang krema Kaunting asin
Kaunting paminta  


Paraan ng pagluluto:
 
1. Banilan ang seafood at patiktikin
2. Painit ng olive oil, igisa ang sibuyas, sili at kabute. Ihalo ang seafood, putting alak at panimpla hanggang makulo. Ibuhos sa ibabaw ng kanin at budburan ng kesong pulbo.
3. Ipasok na napainit na hurno ng 10 minuto kaya hanggang maging kulay kayumanggi.


Bahan:
 
2sdm minyak zaitun 8 ekor udang
8 biji scallop 1/2 gls daging kepiting
1/2 gls paprika hijau (potong dadu) 1/2 gls paprika merah (potong dadu)
1/2 gls bawang bombai (potong dadu) 3 biji jamur kancing
2 mangkok nasi 2 sdm arak putih
2 sdm keju parut  


Bumbu-Bumbu:
 
1 gls saus cream garam secukupnya
lada secukupnya  


Cara Memasak:
 
1. Siangi semua seafood dan tiriskan
2. Panaskan minayk zaitun untuk menumis bawang bombai, paprika dan jamur. Kemudian masukkan seafood, arak putih dan bumbu-bumbu. Kemudian tuang diatas nasi dan tutup dengan keju parut.
3. Letakkan kedalam oven panas dan panggang dalam suhu 200oC dan panggang selama 10 menit hingga kuning kecoklatan.
