南瓜洋蔥湯 - Soup with Pumpkin and Onion
 
材料:
 
100克 南瓜粒 1個 洋蔥
20克 牛油 2茶匙 麵粉
500毫升 清湯 1湯匙 橄欖油


調味料:
 
少許鹽 少許胡椒粉


做法:
 
1. 將洋蔥去皮,切塊。燒橄欖油,加入洋蔥塊,以慢火炒至金黃及軟身,盛起待用
2. 以慢火煮溶牛油,加入麵粉炒成略帶金黃的麵糊
3. 加入洋蔥塊、南瓜粒及清湯,先用大火煮滾,再轉用慢火煮至湯呈濃稠狀,加調味拌勻


Ingredient:

Cooking Method:
 
1. Remove the skin of the onion and chop into pieces. Heat some olive oil to saute the onion in low heat until golden brown and soft. Remove and set aside.
2. Melt butter, add in flour to fry until golden brown.
3. Add in onion, pumpkin and stock and cook in high heat. Then turn to low heat and boil until thicken. Add in seasonings and pour into the soup bowl.


Mga Sangkap:
 
100 gramo hiniwang kalabasa 1 piraso sibuyas
20 gramo mantikilya 2 kutsarata arina
500 ml sabaw 1 kutsara olive oil


Panimpla:
 
Kaunting asin kaunting paminta


Paraan ng pagluluto:
 
1. Balatan ang sibuyas at hiwain ng pira-piraso. Magpa-init ng kaunting olive oil para igisa ang sibuyas sa mahinang apoy hang-gang pumula at lumambot. Hanguin at itabi.
2. Tunawin ang mantikilya at pagkatapos, isunod na ilagay ang arina at lutuin hang-gang pumula.
3. Isunod na ila gay ang sibuyas, kalabasa at sabaw at lutuin sa malakas na apoy. Pagka-tapos ilagay na sa mahinang apoy at pakuluan hang-gang lumapot. Isunod na ila-gay ang panimpla at ibuhos sa mangkok.


Bahan:
 
100 gr waluh, potong dadu 1 bawang bombai
20 gr mentega 2 sdt terigu
500 ml kaldu 1 sdm minyak zaitun


Bumbu-Bumbu:
 
Secukupnya Garam Secukupnya Lada


Cara Memasak:
 
1. Kupas bawang bombai dan potong. Panaskan sedikit minyak zaitun untuk menumis bawang bombai dengan api kecil hingga kuningkecoklatan dan empuk. Angkat dan sisihkan.
2. Lelehkan mentega, kemudian, tambahkan terigu dan goring hingga kuning kecoklatan.
3. Masukkan bawang bombai, waluh dan kaidu dan masak dengan api besar. Kemudian, Kecilkan api dan rebus hingga kental. Masukkan bumbu-bumbu dan tuang kedalam mangkok sup.
