酸辣鮮蝦湯 - Sour and Spicy Shrimp Soup
 
材料:
 
6隻 新鮮中蝦 1罐 蕃茄雜菜湯


調味料:
 
1湯匙 青檸汁 1茶匙 辣椒汁
少許鹽 少許胡椒粉


做法:
 
1. 先將鮮蝦除殼剔腸,洗淨,抹乾水份,備用
2. 將蕃茄雜菜湯加入1/2罐清水煮滾後,加入調味料和鮮蝦,待再度滾後即可供飲食


Ingredient:
 
6 pcs shrimp 1 can tomato vegetable soup


Seasoning:
 
1 tbsp lime juice 1 tsp chilli sauce
some salt some pepper


Cooking Method:
 
1. Remove the intestine from shrimps and rinse. Absorb water and set aside.
2. Boil tomato vegetable soup and add in half can of water. Then, add in seasonings and shrimps until boiled. Ready to serve.


Mga Sangkap:
 
6 piraso hipon 1 lata kamatis gulay na sopas


Panimpla:
 
1 kutsara katas ng lime 1 kutsara sarsang sili
kaunting asin kaunting paminta


Paraan ng pagluluto:
 
1. Tanggalin ang laman loob ng hipon at hugasan. Patuyuin at itabi.
2. Pakuluan ang kamatis gulay sopas sa kalahating lata na tubing. Pagkatapos, ilagay ang panimpla at hipon iluto hanggang kumulo. At ihain.


Bahan:
 
6 ekor udang 1 kaleng sup tomat dan sayur


Bumbu-Bumbu:
 
1 sdm air jeruk nipis 1 sdt saus sambal
Sedikit garam Sedikit lada


Cara Memasak:
 
1. Bersihkan lender udang dan cuci. Serap air dan sishkan.
2. Didhkan sup tomat degan 1/2 kaleng air. Kemudian, masukkan bumbu-bumbu dan udang. Siap untuk disajikan.
