雪耳齋煲 - Vegetarian Pot
 
材料:
 
1 兩雪耳 1 包金菇
4 兩豆腐朴 4 兩新鮮枝竹
4 兩草菇 4 兩珍珠荀


調味料:
 
1 茶匙鹽 1/2 杯上湯
2 茶匙生粉 2 湯匙水


做法:
 
1. 將所有材料洗淨
2. 燒熱鑊,下1 茶匙油,放入雪耳略炒,拌入草菇,珍珠荀,豆腐朴,枝竹及金菇,再加入上湯煮約10分鐘
3. 加入調味料, 拌勻, 即可享用


Ingredient:
 
1 tael of dried Tremella 1 pack of Enoki Mushroom
4 taels of Dried Beancurd 4 taels of Fresh Bean Curd Stick
4 taels of Straw Mushroom 4 taels of Baby Corn


Seasoning:
 
1 tsp of salt 1/2 cup of broth
2 tsp of flour 2 tbsp of water


Cooking Method:
 
1. Rinse all ingredients
2. Heat Wok, add in 1 tsp of oil. Stir Fry ingredients, add in broth and cook for 10 minutes
3. Add in seasonings to thicken sauce. Serve Hot.


Mga Sangkap:
 
1 gramo Tuyong Tremella Kabute 1 balot na Enoki Kabute
4 taels na Tuyong Tokwa 4 taels na sariwang tokwa stik
4 taels na straw kabute 4 taels na batang mais


Panimpla:
 
1 kutsaritang asin 1/2 tasang sabaw
2 kutsaritang arina 2 kutsarang tubig


Paraan ng pagluluto:
 
1. Hugasan ang mga sangkap
2. Painitin ang kawali, lagyan ng 1 kutsaritang mantika. Igisa ang mga sangkap at ihalo ang 1/2 tasang sabaw at iluto ng 10 minuto.
3. Timplahan ng mga panimpla at lagyan ng pangpalapot. Ihain.


Bahan:
 
1 catty Jamur Tramella 1 pak Jamur Enoki (jamur emas)
4 taels Tahu kering 4 taels tahu segar
4 taels fresh bean curd stick 4 taels Jamur Jerami
4 taels jagung muda  


Bumbu-Bumbu:
 
1 sdt garam 1/2 gls broth
2 sdt tepung 2 sdm air


Cara Memasak:
 
1. Cuci semua Bahan.
2. Panaskan wajan dan goring jamur tremella, masukkan jamur jerami, jagung, tahu kering, beancurd stick, jamur enoki dan bother, masak selam 10 menit.
3. Masukkan garam dan larutan tepung sagu untuk mengentalkan saus. Sajikan.
